Scammers and thieves! My partner was scammed by them. Warning not to apply with them for a visa. Terrible customer services and exaggerating costs.

Very expensive visa, you’re better off applying directly with the airlines. If you ever do my mistake and apply, yes they might refund you, but will block your application with any other agency/airlines. They made me pay 7 times higher the price literally to issue a 14 hr visa (just an fyi the cost should be around 25-30$). Highly advise against them!

I contacted them via WhatsApp and asked a simple question: Is it possible to get a tourist visa to the UAE? They replied, "Yes, with pleasure," without mentioning the possibility of visa rejection. The visa fee on the government website is no more than $55, but they asked me for $200. On top of that, they offer an expedited service for $50, so I paid $250. After that, they said it hadn't been processed! 😲 I could have applied on the official government website for $55, but I decided to pay extra to guarantee the visa. Now I'm seeking a refund.
