I am always skeptical when ordering from a new company online without actually seeing the item. I ordered Toptoy's Sanrio Lucky Cat Blind Box series and was pleasantly surprised that my order arrived quickly and the items were excellent quality. And I even got the secret plush! So cute.
From the moment I ordered until the time I received my products, I knew where my order was at in the process. Confirmation email, tracking email and delivery update information. All timely and no second-guessing was necessary.
I usually purchase my collectibles from various retail stores; however, because of the quality of the products, certain series can be difficult to find due to increased popularity. Therefore, I decided to go ahead and order directly from TopToy for highly anticipated series release(s).
I couldn't be happier with my products and the experience! Items arrived in perfect condition and exactly in the time frame that was estimated. Great experience all the way around! Will definitely order again...in fact, I already have! :)
