Good Service

I chose Gotmyhost’s BDIX hosting because they promote it as coming with Softaculous Premium. With a real Softaculous Premium license, customers should get full access to Pro plugins like Backuply, SpeedyCache, SiteSEO, Pagelayer, GoSMTP, FileOrganizer, CookieAdmin, and others. On genuine providers, these work without issue.

But on Gotmyhost BDIX hosting, these plugins are not available at all. When I contacted support, they said they “don’t offer” these features—even though they are part of the official Softaculous Premium package. This makes me question if Gotmyhost is actually using a genuine license, or something limited/cracked.

On top of that, their hosting price is quite high compared to other BDIX providers, yet the service quality and features are not matching what’s promised. Customers are paying premium rates but not receiving premium feature

I ordered a vps. When ordering the vps it asked for “NID Number” and notified that if nid it not provided then the order will not be completed and no refund will be provided. So I gave my NID number and proceeded. But after paying and completed the order it asked me for a selfie holding the NID. Why would I give a pose like that? It was not mentioned before I completed the order. When I asked for refund they told me that no refund can be provided. If the instruction was to give a selfie holding my NID then I would have not completed the order with full payment.

I’ve been using GotMyHost for a while, and I’m impressed with their BDIX Dedicated Hosting. The uptime is reliable, and the website speed is excellent, especially for local traffic in Bangladesh.

Their customer support is responsive and quick to resolve issues. Overall, GotMyHost offers great value for money and solid performance.

Service of BDIX was good one and support was super friendly

The VPS isn't actually BDIX connected. Also upload & download speed wasn't similar to what was told it would be. But considering the price, I'm accepting it. Whatever, you should mention true info about VPS, that will be helpful for the customers.
