STOP what you are doing and read this if you have ANY questions about GothMall!!! I recently order a 2 piece dress. I am hoping to wear it for Halloween. Molly, emailed me to tell me they would send the pieces separately so it would ship faster. I received the top shortly after. My size in the skirt wasn’t ready to ship, so Molly said she would ship another size for free with a return label for the one that doesn’t work. Of course there was a delay in shipping. So each day, Molly followed up to see where the skirt was with shipping and would email me an update. She has been with me every step of the way. I received notification this morning the skirt will arrive Saturday. I’m over the moon excited. I can’t begin to explain how refreshing it is to have this type of customer service. It was above and beyond. I didn’t feel like I was lost in the masses. Come to find out this is a small owned store. I will be a forever customer! Thank you GothMall and Molly!

Das gleiche Korsett, welches auf gothmall für €50 angeboten wurde (und von mir bestellt) auf Shein für €19 gefunden.
Korsett hatte kein Etikett drin, wurde also sehr sicher einfach von Shein eingekauft und teuer weiterverkauft.
Ärgert mich sehr, da man schon aufpasst, und weil es ja ach so schlimm ist, nicht bei Shein bestellt und dann WHAM. sowas..

Edit: stimmt, die Bestellung habe ich mir aus der Nase gezogen.
Und auch nur komplett zufällig hat das Vixen Corset haargenau die selbe Zusammensetzung die GLEICHE Löcheranzahl und die exakt selbe Schnürung.
Hau ab. Da bestellt man bei euch um etwas Handfestes zu bekommen und dann ist es einfach eine verdammt große Enttäuschung.

Ready for a story of amazing customer service? In my excitement to buy my wedding dress, I ordered the WRONG size. Not by a little bit either. You can imagine my panic when I received a dress several sizes too small and realized my mistake. I reached out in despair.

Goth Mall quelled all my fears. They were prompt, friendly, and reassuring that I would get the correct size. Those wonderful people were correct. I received both (my mistake dress and my actual one) quickly. The dress was a great quality and actually looks like the pictures on the website.

I'm a plus sized woman and the thought of dress shopping hurt my heart. I've never been more pleased with the true to size fitting of this experience.

If you are looking for a quality, easy experience give them try for your wedding dress.

My customer service rep Molly helped me out a bunch. I ordered the wrong size. She got it fixed. Then my package got lost and she spent a decent amount of time locating it and making my wife’s Christmas extra special for once. She was a gold one for sure!

I placed (pumkpin spoons)
and order and the wrong shipping was added (my fault due to autom fill) I contacted goth mall and Molly in customer service was amazing!!!
She updated everything right away and I got my pumpkin spoons shipped to the correct address. Shipping was fast and the spoons were exactly as described. I love them.

In addition to boasting a huge catalog of inexpensive, high quality items every goth will love, Goth Mall has the best customer service I have ever experienced shopping anywhere online: and I am a compulsive online shopper!

There was a bit of a snafu with shipping my order (entirely the fault of the carrier, not at all Goth Mall), and Molly, the most amazing customer service representative and nicest human being ever, sorted it all out for me immediately. She handled the communication with the carrier, updated me every step of the way without my having to ask, and got replacement items shipped out to me (via an alternate carrier, just to be on the safe side - how awesome is that?!) faster than I could have imagined.

I HIGHLY recommend Goth Mall for all your goth needs. You won’t be disappointed!

I was initially very disappointed with my purchase:
I was looking for a specific pair of boots from killstar and the google search lead me to GothMall. I own the original killstar boots, they are just very worn out from use and wanted to replace them because I love them so much, but could not find them for sale anywhere. The boots from the pictures looked very similar to the originals, enough to fool me. However in person you can actually tell how very different they are and the fit is completely different too. They look nice to wear, but comfort level is very low.

Edit: I was happy to be contacted by GothMall, their customer service is great and they took immediate action by removing the boots from their website since quality was not up to their standard. I look forward to buying from them again!

The customer experience was AMAZING. I ordered here for prom, and was worried things wouldn't ship in time. I was amazed to see they came in 3 DAYS!!! I ended up having to return and item, and communication was quick and efficient.

I made my first purchase from Goth Mall. I was very intrigued by their unique style. This company is very good with responding to individual consumer questions, via email. I found that my order was delivered rather quickly and I was impressed with the neat packaging. I definitely give the quality of their products 5+ stars. Everything I ordered looks just as beautiful as it does in the pictures on their website. I will definitely be a returning customer and highly recommend this company to others.

Their customer service is amazing! It takes a lot for me to write a five-star review. The first pair of boots I ordered had two scuff marks (barely noticeable, but still,) I reached out to customer service. They told me to keep the boots, they gave me a full refund, and a 50% off coupon. I ordered a different pair of shoes, when I tried them on they were a little too small. So I messaged customer service and asked how to go about mailing them back for an exchange to get a bigger size. They told me that I could donate the shoes that I currently have and they shipped out a bigger size! I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!

We could not be happier with the quality of the jacket, shirt and pants that we purchased for my husband. He will be wearing them for our wedding. The craftsmanship the quality of the fabric and the design is beyond measure. Everything is exactly as advertised and even better. I have had a fantastic experience doing business with GothMall. They ship quick, have a huge amount of products, and I can not rave enough about the customer service. I had an issue with one of the shirts I had ordered and they did everything in their power to make sure I got it corrected. They went above and beyond for getting me a replacement, stayed in contact with me the entire time, were prompt in the emails with letting me know what was going on and fixed the issue with the product. It is hard to find good customer service these days, let alone 5 star customer service and products. I will definitely be shopping here again and referring other people to shop with them. Great company.

Molly at Goth Mall, amazing, needed my package to arrive at a certain time before my travels then realized I needed a different size but somehow she made it happen. Communication was great product was great. Nothing but good things to say.

Relatively fast shipping, dress is lovely. Had to be ironed but looks completely fine. Material feels kind of cheap and the color of the dress differed slightly from the one shown on the website. Don’t let this review scare you off, though! This store is amazing.
