Gothic Mania Arvostelua

The pants I ordered (according to their erratic sizing guides AND even after I contacted support to get help on choosing the right size) turned out to be WAY too small, obviously in Asian size.

So I took it to support in order to exchange the pants for larger ones. They gave me shipping address and I paid about 12 EUR to ship the pants back. However, the parcel was never received on their end so I got it back. Obviously, they gave some non-existent address to avoid exchanging anything. Support does not want to get involved.

The 5-stars are apparently bot-written reviews. Do not buy here, you will most probably be scammed out of your hard earned money.

The Black Heart Sunglasses are gorgeous. Arrived quickly and updates were excellent. Quality was beautiful and I am impressed with GothicMania. Many thanks was a very good experience shopping with you.

Bought something, was not what I thought, asked for a refund and got told do this and this. When I did it I then got ignored. It was not what was advertised and they do not refund you properly. I was stupid to not go to the bank to get a refund to get my money back.

Received counterfeit goods & had to fight to get a refund. Luckily my bank got it all sorted.
Do not buy from this company!
The items you see on the website are not what you’ll receive.

I ordered a pair of leather pants from Gothic Mania and was shocked by how cheap and poor quality they were — nothing like the photos on the website. When I reached out about returning them, Justina from customer service was completely unhelpful and told me I had to pay for the return shipping myself. For a product that was falsely advertised, this is unacceptable. Awful experience from start to finish — avoid this company.

This is a scam Shopify store based in Lithuania which forwards low quality Chinese products. The sizes are always wrong and they refuse to refund. They will give you a false return address and then claim that they never received the return. Thus you loose your money and the item. You should be very aware of this before ordering from this fraudulent website

Just got my cloak from this awesome site; the quality is beyond what I expected! Really brings my entire look together. Love how it feels – definitely turning heads at events!

This company stole money from my 16-year-old son. Their clothes are not what they say they are. You will be disappointed. They're unwilling to take accountability, provide any refund, or follow their own policies. Do not purchase from them! Read the other reviews. They are similar. They're responses to the reviews are also do not match their actions!

Totally loving the vibe this shop gives off! Got some pants from them last week and they rock. Super quality and the fit? Perfect. Big thumbs up!

Honestly, finding quality goth gear isn't easy, but this store nails it! Just picked up a cap and it’s top-notch. Great shopping experience too.

Wow, just received my bracelet from that gothic site and it's absolutely stunning! The skull details are top notch. Hard to find such unique pieces with quality at this price. Major kudos!

I ordered from this company a while ago after seeing an ad for some super cute skull sweatpants. In the picture, they look to be low waisted, and a thick material. Once I received them, they looked nothing like the design I even ordered, they were high waisted, and the material was polyester. When I contacted them about returning they replied, but the email I received was all kinds of messed up and almost looked encrypted, so I was never able to return. Will never ever order again.

Totally in love with my new blouse! It fits like a dream and really captures that eerie gothic vibe I adore. Service was top-notch too—fast delivery!

Gotta say, the look and feel of the shirt from this site really stands out. It's not every day you find such unique goth styles that actually last! Perfect for the nights out or the concerts. Just wish the shipping was a bit faster though.

I bought a dress, very bad quality. Leaks glitter everywhere… I e-mailed and asked in 3- emails for the information to send it back, and get my money back…they don’t give me the information.. They try to sell
Me another bad dress, because it is cheaper to buy a new one then send it back…they say; I'm sorry to inform you of this, but we'll need those returned items to return to our main warehouse overseas…. I want my money back.

Now the emaild me that I should send it back to China on my cost.. the are a dropshipper. Don’t do business with them.

Everything on this site is Chinese products available on AliExpress and the like for 1/8th of the price. Do yourself a favour and Google image search using Lens and you will find the same products with the same model photos even on many cheaper sites

They sold me overpriced alliexpress clothes and didn’t reply to the email for return
