Gothic Mania Arvostelua

Very nice website and beautiful clothing

Terrible customer service. The boots I ordered were easily a size too small and extremely poor quality. Their customer service suggested I purchase a second pair at a discount or pay to return them to China. Shocking

Nicht zu empfehlen. Ich habe eine Lieferung digital verweigert und da gingen die Probleme los. Der Support möchte einfach die Sachlage nicht verstehen
GothicMania ist Abzocke - lasst bloß die Finger von diesem Laden

It has great clothes and a wide selection, I will be buy from here again as the clothes are incredible.

This site is a scam. When you make a purchase, they don't tell you anything about a hidden fee that they claim is for VIP membership, and they charge $40 a month. It's never specified at checkout; luckily, I only realized it when I read their FAQ section. Once the fee is deducted, they don't refund it; you only get discounts on the monthly membership fee. The item I bought is nothing special, and I regret the purchase. It's clearly a mediocre garment with poor finishing. I will never buy from this site again.

Awful experience! Cheap, tacky mystery gift was not even close to what was advertised. Was charged twice for a subscription I never signed up for, had to launch a dispute with my bank to get a refund. Haven't yet received my original ordered item - don't have much faith it will arrive! Avoid at all costs

DO NOT BUY from this company the sizing of their products are all wrong and XL would just about fit a 10 year old child. When pointing this out to them they just say that the Sizing has changed and that the size 3 is an XL and want to charge a restocking fee as well as us having to pay for the return. Also the quality of the garment is dreadful. Avoid this company at all costs!!

The material is so soft and not cheap! You definitely get your money worth and it's reasonably priced I love this company very unique styles and wonderfully made jackets two thumbs up for me and highly recommended

Cool store with great discounts

I love the pants I ordered, they look amazing

Excellent quality and shipping speed, not a single issue with them to date
