So they will tell you that if you refer…
So they will tell you that if you refer and it’s a success, we will pay you £50. They will not tell you that there is a condition that the claim must be a certain amount, which is impossible. I refered 3 of my work mates and was not paid but told the condition which was never mentioned before

Thank you for your feedback.
We would like to clarify that, as clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions, the £50 referral reward is only payable when the person referred has a successful claim that meets the minimum qualifying amount.
These conditions have always been outlined in our Terms and Conditions and are available for customers to review before making referrals.
We understand your disappointment; however, it is the responsibility of each customer to read and understand the Terms and Conditions before participating in our referral scheme.
We aim to be transparent about our referral policy and apply the same eligibility criteria fairly to all customers.

They should give a breakdown of what money came from HMRC, what amount did they deduct and what amount is for the owner, otherwise we will think you took more money from my account

Dear William,
We are disappointed to read your review, as we feel it does not accurately reflect the information and communication we have provided throughout the process.
As explained in our previous emails and telephone conversations, you were provided with a clear breakdown of the tax years we were able to claim for on your behalf, along with the relevant documentation, before you agreed to and signed our agreement.
Furthermore, a detailed breakdown was emailed to you on 18th September. When we brought this to your attention during our conversation, you acknowledged that you may have missed the email.
We take transparency very seriously and have made every effort to ensure you were fully informed throughout the process. We therefore find it disappointing that your review suggests information has been withheld or that we may have deducted more money than agreed, particularly when the relevant information has already been provided.
We welcome genuine feedback and are always happy to clarify any concerns. However, we would appreciate reviews reflecting the facts and the communication that has taken place.
Kind regards,
Go Tax Refunds
