The lady rang as soon as I typed in my number and helped me brilliantly with better gas and electricity plans.

The gentleman I was speaking to was so friendly & new what he was talking about. He explained things to me to make my decision easier. 💯.

The consultant was very polite and knew what he was talking about. He helped me get a better deal of my electricity from my current supplier and a bonus $180 off my next bill.

I thought I was on the best plan, Suppliers should look after long term customers, but its not so. It pays to check. Solar is a con.

Dealing with a person that I could understand was the clincher (I know this sounds bad but being able to understand a voice at the other end of the line is a good thing) James was understanding went straight to what I wanted to achieve. I have recommended him to my daughter in Melbourne and anyone else who I can think of his the best!!!!

My questions were answered clearly by a lovely man.

I was able to clearly understand a practical person that understands & speaks English. Very helpful in trying their very best to help & that was achieved.

We recently installed a solar/battery solution to meet our household needs. However we needed power for our EV we just bought. The 20 kWh battery would never charge the 51 kWh EV battery. The EV charger solution was to use a single phase 7 kw charger which over a period of four to five hours, charge up the EV at home. The EV charger is a direct GRID connection. Plans offering off peak charging less than $0.10/kWh were not given consideration because of poor company Google reviews. We were able to make a change between two reputable brands for both electricity and gas. Saving $0.05/kwh may not seem much but it adds up when 1000 kWh’s are needed to charge the EV every month. The transition between energy suppliers was seamless and managed at no cost to us but just our time. Well done!

I spoke with James re electricity and broadband plans. James was so very helpful and patient with someone who is not so very savvy with using a phone and it's apps during a call. Would and will highly recommend to family and friends of GoSwitch. The only negative I can identify is to inform the caller of what information is required by the caller to provide for any changes. My record keeping is not brilliant so James was very helpful and patient.

GoSwitch made the whole process simple and fast for my new connection. Moving is stressful enough but this part was easy.
