Klappt immer alles gut

Ware bestellt, erst Wochen später angekommen. Dann fehlten zwei von den 4 bestellten und bezahlten Artikel. Auf meine Mail mit dieser Info kam keine Antwort. Sehr ärgerlich.

Bestellvorgang einfach und schnell. Lieferung ebenfalls gut gekühlt und fristgerecht.

Mon chien a la leishmaniose a un stade très avancé ( il a déjà été traité une première fois au printemps dernier). Il a eu de nouveau un pic de la maladie cet automne , et j’ai cherché a acheter le Milteforan via internet ( puisqu en France il est hors de prix, bien que produit vétérinaire français ..) . Je suis donc tombée sur ce site , où en regardant les avis sur truspilot j’étais plus qu’hésitante. En effet , pour une commande avoisinant les 300 euros je n’avais pas envie que le produit soit perdu ou non livré. Et surtout chaque jour supplémentaire est une journée de douleurs de plus pour mon chien , une véritable désintégration lente …J’ai donc contacté le revendeur pour savoir si le produit était en stock , et si je pouvais compter sur l’envoi de celui ci car j’avais vu leurs mauvaises évaluations . J’ai eu une reponse immédiate m’indiquant la disponibilité du produit et la «  certitude » que celui ci serait envoyé . J’ai donc effectué la commande .
J’ai bel et bien reçu mon produit . J’ai eu des difficultés avec FedEx France , qui ont été réglées ( le revendeur a fait le nécessaire de son côté et pour ma part j’ai harcelé et littéralement menacé FedEx , la vie de mon chien étant en jeu)
Je suis donc soulagée par le bon déroulé de la transaction . Merci beaucoup pour votre réactivité . Et surtout merci pour mon chien .
(Par contre , FedEx c’est déplorable ( mon colis avait été ouvert et reconditionné))

Etwas mehr als eine Woche zu einem vollkommen angemessenem Preis. Alles super. Hatte bedenken wegen der negativen Bewertungen aber wollte meinem Hund die Panik beim Tierarzt wegen ohrentropfen ersparen. Sehr zufrieden

I placed an order for two items, but only one has arrived. Furthermore, I have not yet received a response to my email regarding a refund for the missing item.

I placed an order for two items on Gosvet.com, totaling over €120. The order was confirmed, and my account was debited immediately. The website stated that the items would be shipped within 2 to 7 business days.
Two days later, I received an email confirming that my items had been packed and were ready to ship the next day.
However, a week later, I received another email stating that the products were out of stock and that I would be refunded.
I sent a complaint email attaching their previous confirmation that the items were packed and ready to ship. I expressed that this behavior was unacceptable and asked for an explanation. I also warned that without a proper response, I would leave a negative review to warn other potential customers.
To this day, I have received no reply.
This practice of charging customers upfront, falsely confirming shipment, and then refunding a week later is dishonest. If this happens to thousands of customers, it creates a permanent cash flow for the company at the expense of consumers. This is borderline fraudulent.
I strongly advise against using this website.

When I placed my order I did not receive any confirmation. This is frustrating and it made me very nervous. But about a week later, I received an email saying that the parcelle was being prépared for shipment. The delivery was rather quick, and my product arrived safely and in excellent condition. I recommend this company and will buy from them again

We got our package and it was exactly what we ordered. I appreciated that the answer to my email was very fast, within 6 hours.
The prices on what I ordered are way better than the local prices.

Semplicemente hanno cambiato dominio ora gosvet.net.non spediscono pacco.. Dicono poi che perso.. Poi chiedono nr cc ma non rimborsanano mai un mese di prese in giro Evitare.... Buttate il Vs denaro.. Ho smesso di scrivere... Veramente scorretti.

ho ordinato tre scatole di prodotto per allontanare le pulci dei cani e dopo 10 gg mi è arrivato il pacco che contiene solo una scatola, inoltre ho visto che nel frattempo hanno cambiato l'indirizzo del loro sito. Speriamo di risolvere

Ich habe 2 x Metacam bestellt und nur ausreden erhalten, dass das Paket am nächsten tag abgeholt wird von DHL, eine Fedexnummer erhalten mit der nur ein Label kreirt wurde, allerdings nie vom Shop abgeholt wurde, dann waren es technische Defekte und am nächsten tag soll DHL wieder kommen. Bis dato habe ich weder die Produkte erhalten, noch eien DHL Tracking Nummer. Der .com Shop ist nun offline. Anscheinend gibt es nur noch die .net version. Mein Storno Mail ging nicht mehr durch wegen nicht existierender MailAdresse. Tut euch selbst einen Gefallen und bestellt dort nicht

Habe Ende Mai 2 Produkte bestellt. Am 28.06. kam die Sendung endlich an, enthielt aber nur ein nicht bestelltes Produkt. Auf eine Reklamation an den Kundenservice kam keine Reaktion!

Nachtrag: Völlig unangekündigt lag gestern die bestellte Ware im Wert von 300 Euro neben einer Pflanze an meiner Haustüre in der Sonne (soll nicht über 25 Grad gelagert werden). Die Übermittlung eine Sendungsnummer oder eine generelle Kontaktaufnahme hätte allen Beteiligten Ärger erspart.

The company only sent me half of my order and has not been responding to e-mails for the past week. I paid 120 euros for 2 boxes of medication, they only sent me one box. I sent them multiple e-mails about this issue and nobody has replied.
