Had a really good experience getting insurance sorted by my Business. Kevin was really helpful in explaining things to me getting information over to me really fast and giving me time to read and digest the information. Felt supported and not pressured.

Unable to access the documents portal or support
At first it was all good, but a year later my contract is up for renewal and I cannot access any of my documents on the portal or reach support. Not going to renew.

Very easy website to use, was connected via Money Supermarket. Amazed with the price, much less than my current supplier of car insurance and I added breakdown cover for just £5 more! Very impressed.

Great Customer Service
I have been with Superscript for over 3 years now, I can't recommend this service enough, I recently had a lady called Alexis go above and beyond for us, I run a Property Maintenance Company!
Their customer service is second to none from my experience, this is why I have my Public Liability on auto renew every year because Superscript value their long time customers. I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future as its simple, easy, cost effective with great customer service, one less thing to worry about as Managing Director!

Customer service poor. Good at tricking clients
Phoned from my registered line chasing for claim never answer ring them same time from new line gets picked up. Must be checked by FCA as misconduct.
Regarding claims. Keep requesting documents which they know can not be found to avoid any payment you deserve.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re genuinely disappointed to read your comments, particularly as we’ve worked to support you throughout your claim.
Since your claim was notified in December, we’ve requested the standard documentation required by insurers to assess an electrical surge claim. On several occasions we followed up when we hadn’t received the information, and we also allowed additional time when you let us know about your personal circumstances.
Some documentation has since been provided and the claim has been passed to insurers. It has not been declined and remains under review, pending the outstanding diagnostic confirmation they require.
We would never deliberately avoid a customer or “trick” anyone, and we take our regulatory responsibilities extremely seriously. The information requested is standard and necessary for insurers to assess and validate a claim properly.
We appreciate that claims can feel frustrating, particularly where further documentation is involved, but our role is to ensure insurers have what they need to reach a fair decision.
If you would like to discuss this further, we remain very happy to continue the conversation directly.
