Successful submission Tax Return!.
I’m not terribly computer literate for this day and age, but the Coco AI and human staff online chat were most helpful in my making the transition to MTD, and I thus was successful in submitting my tax return today with all my figures correctly appearing. I look forward to continuing with GoSimpleTax and Coconut for future HMRC submissions. Thoroughly recommend!

Process, Follow up and suggested Amendment process system in an effort to correct period date errors, bringing the submission inline with factory with in the actual year in question is excellent

Simple, understandable and effective Self Assessment Tax submission Solution

Very simple to use and on the whole clear guidance. Some more help needed for sole traders. GoSimpleTax said no errors found but still got bounced back from HMRC and took some time to work it out

I have have had a rolling subscription for 3 years, all was ok, until this year, 2026.
The layout is difficult to follow. Wordings have changed and it's taken a lot of time to fill in the right boxes on the forms. However, my worst grievance, and the most stressful, is that, when I go to press on form SA109, as a non resident, it the link says UPGRADE. It won't give me it unless I pay 15.99 for it first. I have already paid for this in my rolling subscription, on 3rd April 2026, £85.98. I have emailed you at least 3 times on this matter, and I have had no reply from you on this matter. I cannot continue my tax filing, unless I pay twice. I need the blue upgrade button on SA109 change to SELECT.

I have been using GoSimpleTax services to submit my tax return from last 3 years now. It’s easy to use, no clusters, easy layout and clear with figures updating immediately.

The only negative side is the cost have gone up. Well at least I find it more. To get it half price, you have to Which? Member.

Easy to use but needs to remind the team to transfer previous years to current year. The transfer should be automatic

Just filed my own tax return and saved ££££'s on accountancy fees! Had to do my own research to get everything 100% but sometimes in life this is the how you learn best if you have the time and patience. A great platform and managed to submit my tax return to HMRC successfully.
