She was quick to get everything on our side in order and thereby creating pressure on the sellers to finish quickly. Lots of wasted time due to poor communication. Unexplained fees and incorrect lease hold fees were obtained - I found out the actual fees after I’d completed.

Much like most solicitors - don’t seem to be doing much unless you’re constantly chasing them. Probably wouldn’t recommend in a rush but there’s much worse out there.

I honestly can’t recommend Grace Newton enough! She has been absolutely incredible from start to finish and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better.
