Gorvins Residential LLP Arvostelua

Honestly this was the greatest experience especially as first time buyers to have Gorvins dealing with our case - especially our case handler Emily W (thank you for everything). Our initial contact was Femi who was again brilliant with communication and got us through the first stages of the process (thank you)! We were then apppointed Emily as our case handler and communication was brilliant from the get go, always provided swift answers to any queries we had and pushing on our behalf to get things moving was more than what we could have asked for. We were in a time pressured situation of needing to move house and I know we would 1000% recommend Gorvins based on our experience especially use of the App which made all the tasks which appeared daunting very easy to go through and this added to the seamless experience! Thank you Emily and the rest of the team who we touched based with. The turn around time was incredible (under 8 weeks from being appointed) and the delay was only due to the other side and some other factors outside our control as Gorvins was ready within 6 weeks to close for us! Brilliant service and ultimately we feel we had the best case handler!

It was a grate process for us as the staff were very helpful and informative throughout.

Simply outstanding throughout. Amber has been incredibly hard working, diligent and patient with me as a first time buyer, and progressed the purchase to completion in what I gather to be a very speedy and professional way. Cannot speak highly enough of Amber and all at Gorvins, will recommend to all to use them where possible and should I ever need i will certainly be coming back. Thank you

Excellent service from start to finish. The solicitor was very helpful, professional and always responded on time. Everything was handled efficiently, and we managed to exchange contracts and arrange the completion date on time without any issues.

I really appreciate all the help and support throughout the process and would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable and professional solicitor.

Thank you very much for all your help!

Professional, quick, easy and made it easy and smooth running

We recently just bought a property using Gorvins, Elijah dealt with our case. We cannot fault Elijah and Gorvins at all very responsive and informative the whole way through and always kept us in the loop, would definitely use these again and reccomend to anybody!

Kimiya was absolutely fantastic - very speedy, efficient and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

My brother and I have just sold my parents apartment using Gorvins and had Nayla Chowdhury as our case handler. I was very pleased with the service we received from Nayla. She took my calls when I rang, or when not able returned them in a timely manner the same with any email enquiries I made. I would happily work with Nayla again should the situation arise.

If you want instructions shouted at you and relentless persecution this is the company for you. They use Hooyu which just about sums up the intelligence, empathy and manners in one word.

We recently completed the purchase of our first home, and we're so grateful to have had Nayla Chowdhury as our case handler.

As first-time buyers, the whole process felt quite daunting at first, but Nayla made everything so much easier. She was always friendly, approachable, and incredibly quick to respond to our emails. She always explained everything clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the purchase.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. Nayla kept us updated every step of the way and was always proactive in dealing with requests from the other parties, helping everything move along as smoothly as possible.

Buying your first home can be stressful, but thanks to Nayla's support and professionalism, the experience was far smoother than we expected. We really appreciate all of her hard work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nayla and the team at Gorvins Residential to anyone buying a home.

Martin and the team make everything so easy, the app works so well providing step by step instructions
Constant feedback and all questions answered

Emily Kourpas was incredible from start to finish. I work for a mortgage broker and as a first time buyer was incredibly nervous knowing everything that could possibly go wrong. Emily reassured us every step of the way, was swift, smooth and super efficient. The portal is amazing and informative and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Amonu was brilliant from start to finish…. She managed the offer flawlessly and was very responsive in any queries I had. Couldn’t recommend her enough

I have had a very good experience during the purchase of my buy to let via a SPV. Amonu was brilliant, very responsive and helpful during the whole transaction. This purchase was very hassle free and easy to manage. Their client app where most of the documents were shared and where all communication took place was very easy and simple to use. It allowed for documents to be signed without the need to print. Their progress tracker was also very helpful as it showed where we are in the process as and when there was a movement in the transaction.

My case handler was Ria Statham & from start to finish she has been amazing 👍 very efficient, quick to answer messages back, explaining everything in detail if i didnt understand something, just excellent customer service, I would 💯% use her again, couldn't fault her.

We recently used Gorvins Residential to sell our house and to purchase onward and we could not be gladder we did.
They were absoloutely fantastic from the moment we hired them. Everything was completed prompty and we were always kept well informed, we never felt the need to chase as we were confident they were doing their job effectively.
A special thank you to Emma Hudson and Emily Kourpas who were absoloutely brilliant in dealing with our needs. No problem was too big or too small for them and their response time to everything was impeccable. Would not hesitate in using their services again. Thank you so much to the whole team for making a stressful time less stressful.

Great service, my solicitor Danielle May was excellent throughout the transaction, thank you.

Emily Wilson supported me throughout the process of buying a home. She was very knowledgeable and gave advice when I needed it.
When I phoned the team was pleasant and professional.

Nice working together with Arooj when she was handling my mortgage paperwork. She responded as quickly as possible, and everything went well. Arooj is a good listener, and she is easy to work along with.

The app is very straightforward which makes the whole process clearer and more manageable. Experience was smooth and renewal was completed with no issues.
