Well impressed! Nothing but praise for this grocery delivery company! Great selection of top quality groceries and items on offer and not just the standard brands you find in the supermarkets. Super impressed by Gorillas' fantastic vegan food options.
Orders always arrive super quick and sometimes even before the estimated delivery time! Definitely a pactical and convenient service, saving time and hassle of having to drive to the shops oneself.

Hvad er i for en skod butik. I lover mig en leveringstid, som så pludselig bliver over en time, når i har accepteret ordren. I trækker mine penge - og ingenting sker. Næsten halvanden time efter annullerer i bestillingen. I har stadig mine penge - men værst er, at jeg ikke kan stole på jer. Ærgerligt - har ellers været glad kunde

The App is lying to your face that your order will be 5-25 mins. The driver is 'on the way' 90 minutes later, the GPS shows nothing. The chat is not working at night as no agents are available (which is dumb considering when people order stuff). Either write realistic delivery times (and I'll go to a competition if I'm in rush) or fricken hire more drivers if you want stay competitive.

Boodschappen werden zonder bericht bij een ander huis in de straat gezet. Dankzij een aardige buurvrouw toch mijn boodschappen gekregen. Waardeloze bezorging. Ook nog teveel betaald waarna de chatbot beloofde om het bedrag terug te storten. Ongeveer een uur met de chat bezig geweest, pfffffff……
Tot mijn stomme verbazing is het geld terug gestort in mijn Gorilla’s account waardoor ik dus nog een keer moet bestellen! Dacht het niet!
Bestel al jaren bij Albert Heijn, gaat altijd goed, zijn goed en snel bereikbaar, helemaal top! Nooit meer Gorilla’s!

Ich habe jetzt bereits ein paar mal bei Gorillas bestellt und es war immer alles top!
Meistens waren die Lieferungen sogar in weniger als einer halben Stunde da, und somit oft vor der angegebenen Lieferzeit.
Auch die Lieferanten sind immer super freundlich!

Ordered from battersea gorillas a few times and when my items haven’t been available, A young gentleman will called will call to let me know, he even added in a extra item for the inconvenience but the last few orders I haven’t received a call to notify me if any items are missing, when I called to raise a complaint I wasn’t impressed the manager of the warehouse was rude and unhelpful, he seemed more concerned with questioning the missing items! finally after hassling and arguing I managed to get a refund but will not be using gorillas again. Quality of service has gone down so much in the last 6 months. I work from home and order over £200 worth food at times because it started out convenient but it’s now a hassle.

Lieferung war nach

Mensonge systématique sur l’heure d’arrivée 20 min annoncé, 1h30 en réalité (ça m’est arrivé 3/4). Je soupçonne même que la suivi livraison soit fausse le livreur a 200 m ne bouge pas d’un poil pendant 25 min. Service après vente ne réponds jamais. C’était la fois de trop, la dernière

Nach knapp über zwei Stunden habe ich die Bestellung storniert.
Begründung für die ewige Wartezeit war, es gebe nicht genug Rider . Warum bietet man dann einen Service an den man nichtmal leisten kann ? Einfach nur unterirdisch🤦🏽‍♀️

Eigenlijk wil ik hier niet meer bestellen. Vanwege corona toch maar een keer gedaan. Kortingcodes waarmee ze leuren om me terug te krijgen werkt niet. Prei oud en verlept. Als ik maar enigszins kan ga ik weer naar een echte winkel.

I truly cannot believe how unreliable Gorillas has become. They used to be my go-to app for groceries, but now they are so unreliable you can be assured you won't receive your order. Every order I place is cancelled after two or three hours of waiting for delivery. Insane.

Die Rider fahfen zu agressiv. Einer hat mich heute wieder mal fast überfahren. Und dann hat mich auch noch angeschrien und beleidigt. Das ist nicht akzeptabel. Vor allem gibt es keine direkte Möglichkeit solche Situationen zu melden, nicht bei der Webseite von gorillas. Und die Rider haben keine persönliche Zeichen um die zu unterscheiden. Nicht akzeptabel.

Kaputt gegangen am Wachstum.
Anfangs immer zufrieden gewesen, aber der Hype hat den Service zerstört. Mittlerweile werden die Lieferung in Stunden berechnet, verspäten sich dann trotzdem und werden am Ende gar nicht geliefert. Der Support ist Fake und man erhält niemals eine Antwort. Geld zurück nur über Paypal möglich. Finger weg wer diesem Scam nicht zum Opfer fallen will!

Sehr schlechter Kundenservice, dauert ewig bis geantwortet wird, Lieferzeiten werden deutlich überschritten und auf Nachfrage kommen Standardantworten

Used to be great and arrive so quickly. Now I’m lucky if it turns up within 2 hours so you just have to cancel your plans and sit around. Even had an order just not turn up before as they were so slow they ended up closing for the night so couldn’t even get hold of any customer service. Customer service is now non existent and there’s no way to cancel an order once placed. Such a shame as used to be great but now a total scam - stay clear!
