My taco pair of socks turned out really well but the second pair cut off my dogs beard and the coloring wasn’t so good. I think they should send out a sample if they think the picture won’t turn out so well. And make recommendations off of that.

My dad LOVED them!!
I got these for my dad for his 80th birthday, he doesn't want or need for much so I opted for something fun. He loves his dog more than anything and will rave about a good pair of socks because they show when he wears his loafers lol. When I presented him with these socks he was so overwhelmed with excitement he got a little emotional, he didn't know you could get custom socks made lol. He said they were even too nice to wear and instead wanted to keep them at his desk so he can show everyone at work. I would definitely order again. You can't beat the quality for the price, the picture looked exactly like the one I sent and was a great size ratio for the design I chose. I was so happy to give them to my dad and he was so happy to receive them!

Super cute! Wish they were softer
The photograph of our puppy turned out perfectly, just the way we requested it to be cropped. I wish the socks themselves were made from a softer, higher quality material though. but overall, good experience. I'd use them again.

156 days since order placed - no response from customer service, no product delivered
I placed an order (#2637730) for 1 pair of socks on November 24, 2021, then it was shipped on December 3, 2021 (tracking: 92748903029334543475122464) - and today is APRIL 29, 2022. I have been continuously emailing the team - and have had no response (I have the email proof). It has been 156 days since I placed my order. This is ridiculous. This review is my last effort - if there is no response, I will be reporting the business to the BBB, reviewing on other sites, posting on social media, etc. Please resolve this ASAP.

Everytime I email back, it says "Recipient inbox full
Your message couldn't be delivered. Their inbox is full, or it's getting too much mail right now."
I have to resubmit a form on your website over and over.
Additionally, the bigger problem is the terrible "solutions" provided to me. The options are:
1. Credit to site
2. Replacement sent out
3. Partial refund ("A refund can be processed minus a $9 customization fee per item.")
Therefore, to clarify, after 6 months of no response to my messages (and now a response only due to my public review), PupSocks would only be able to provide a partial refund? Not a full refund? It only came to $27.74 - I am not asking for a lot.
I would like a full refund.

The customer service is terrible
The customer service is terrible. I keep getting surveys to fill out and I am still waiting to receive the shipping information. Ordered on April 11, 2022 and the only correspondence is that they received my order. Also be advised very expensive for one pair of sock $45.00 and they are coming from China, which I did not relaize when I placed my order.
