Go Power Arvostelua

Just the efficient nature of the agent dealing with our renewal for the year.regards james.😀😃😄

Straight talk...no bs.

They get the job done

The e mails come through we give a reading and there are no problems

Straight forward to work with
Efficient
Very competitive
And phone answered immediately by a human being

We find GO power good in that email monthly readily along with photograph of meter reading then there are no potential arguments. The invoices are well laid out.

Right offer at the right time. Had a face to face meeting where I received comprehensive information which
enabled a quick decision. Sales approach wasn't pushy but effective. All required documentation required to come onboard as a customer was signed off efficiently

just ignore you when you ask for paperwork

The best offer was given by Go Power; the most cost effective electricity provider, reduced my bills significantly.

I don't know who you refunded, definitely not me. You already had my money for 6 years, I immediately told you, that you had to pay the bill, and give me the difference back, but as usual, when one is your customer, you're all good, when instead I closed the restaurant, so I was no longer your customer, you have gone deaf and blind, you don't want to hear and you don't want to see. One more thing, don't lie, you haven't made any refunds. I find it only right that people know who you are.

Its is the fact that i can speek to Oran on the phone
at any time she is there to help its makes all the
differnce

Efficient service, easy to understand invoices

Great electricity price, fantastic support and response time from their team.
What else do you need?

Since joining Go Power in 2019
we have had no problems with the company. When a problem arose we were treated with respect and all sorted. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Denis & Rose Mary McGill

Helpful staff and prompt reminders. Easy to renew.

Lack of support for small businesses and no loyalty to existing customers.
