Goodwill Electrical  Arvostelua

Really happy with the service from Goodwill Electrical. It was only a small job (changing a light switch), but Paul was quick to respond and came out within a couple of days of me getting in touch, with no big call-out fee.

Paul arrived when expected and messaged in advance. He was professional and friendly, did a good job and charged a fair price. He also recommended a local place to buy dimmable light bulbs, which was helpful.

Would definitely use Goodwill Electrical again.

Paul and his team are professional and I trust the advice I received from him. Communication through out was excellent and he arrived promptly and as promised. It was a pleasure to meet Paul and I highly recommend Goodwill Electrical.

I recently used Goodwill Electrical for an electrical inspection and was thoroughly impressed. Their team sets a high bar for customer service; they were helpful, punctual, and communicative throughout. The technicians were exceptionally polite and thoughtful, ensuring all my questions were answered and the work area was kept tidy. The quality of their workmanship is evident in their attention to detail. A fantastic, stress-free experience from a very professional company.

Paul was helpful, reliable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Paul and his team were really good from day one.

We were looking to purchase a house and had doubts about the electrical system, we did not know if it was up to standard, had had anything done to it, etc.

We booked an appointment for him to inspect the property and provide a full report of the system, he managed to deliver that within one week. He also provided a quote with the amount of work needed and the price on each of the items.

Once we bought the house we booked him and he rewired the property in 1 1/2 days to an amazing standard, super quick, super professional and very helpful.

We need to rewire our house in Dublin, Ireland as well and we would love for him to come over and do the job!

Highly recommend him.

Paul was very communicative, straight forward and a pleasure to deal with. Did a great rewire job on our new property at short notice for a very competitive price. Would recommend, will definitely use these guys again

We had an Emergency call out request at one of our trailer depots in Rugby, Paul and his team arrived as promised and sorted our issue. they made safe the problem and even eliminated a reoccurrence. Id highly recommend Good will electric.

One in a million. Highly recommended.

What a like about Paul is his kind disposition and willingness to help with the urgency of the situation as well as his professionalism and good manners.

He was loyal to his quote throughout the job and there were no “hidden extras”. His communication about the nature of the work involved was excellent. He was on time every day.

There are not enough words to express how pleased I am to have found him. I will call him again for any future jobs.

Thank you for everything, Paul

I asked Paul to check the wiring in my house after I was told by a different electrician that we would need a full rewire. Paul told us that we don’t need a rewire and that our electrics are absolutely fine. I’m so glad we checked with Paul as this would have been one very expensive mistake if not! He also didn’t charge us anything for the call out after seeing that nothing was wrong with the electrics. If we ever do have any problems we definitely know who to call now though. Thanks again Paul.

I have had Paul and his co-worker do several jobs at my house. I would not consider using anyone else for myself family and friends.
The work carried out was excellent. They arrived on time explained everything they were doing cleaned up any mess and put the furniture back. Just two nice honest decent chaps.
Thank you both

Excellent service, paperwork received next day, highly recommended

After having 2 other electricians with one ripping me off for£244 no fault diagnosis , Paul came out gave me a free quote no call out to quote ,Paul and his side kick turned up on time , found the problem explained everything as they worked through the faults fitted a new fuse board fixed all damaged wires and it was a pleasure to have them in the house . Total recommend them

We used them for our fix wire testing and partial rewire of our unit. These guys are the best of the best, highly recommended

We recently had to have our 5 yearly fixed wire testing done at our industrial unit in Coventry. Having no experience of this requirement the guys at Goodwill Electrical explained exactly what was required and provided us with a very reasonable quote. The engineers that carried out the works arrived on time, kept us informed of faults they identified and worked around our business operations so we could continue trading. They explained not all the faults needed to be done due to their category and some were just a recommendation not a requirement. I felt the guys at Goodwill Electrical were honest and didn’t try to take advantage of the lack of knowledge I had needing to get this service done.

Have used goodwill before and never disappoint. Fitted new ceiling lights, sockets and removed old wall lights and was all done perfect at a good price. Highly recommend

We have used Goodwill electrical for a number of projects and highly recommend! 1st class service.

I needed a new cooker to be fitted. On reading recommendations I contacted Goodwill Electrical and secured an appointment within a couple of days (which is rare these days!) on the day Paul came at the right time and quickly and effectively connected my new cooker. He even removed the old one to a position of my choice. What more can I say? Excellent customer service and I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone. Thank you Goodwill Electrical

I have used Goodwill Electrical on numerous occasions. Including full rewire , electric charging point and a few smaller jobs !!
