It was the only place stocking the item I wanted. When there was an issue with delivery Joanna tracked down the issue, offered me a choice of solutions, and ensured my order arrived on time.

I've placed a couple of orders; the last one had a breakage in transit. I contacted customer service, and Joanna was really helpful in solving the problem. So refreshing, like their drinks 😊

Placed an order Sunday afternoon which was processed and despatched the day after. Delivered today Weds and would/ should have been delivered yesterday but for a delivery delay caused by DHL. Super service and everything received at a great price. Joanna even rang me today to ask if my order had been received to my satisfaction .Will be using this company on a regular basis !

What a great company. My order was delivered with one incorrect item so i called and spoke to Joanna. She was very professional and helpful and took my contact number. She called back within an hour and completely resolved the situation with the correct items now with DHL and on their way to me.
I am so impressed as Joanna dealt with it so quickly so thank you i will definitely order again!

Brilliant company, with great prices. DHL chose only to deliver 1 out of my 4 boxes, and return 3 to their depot. Joanna followed this up following an alert at their end, taking the time to ensure I had received my full order. Great customer service.

I have ordered from these guys twice now, my second time my phone put in the wrong address with Apple Pay and I panicked, after a quick chat with Joanna she said she would sort it out for me and she did!
