I recently shopped in Hobbs/ phase eight for an upcoming wedding I’m attending and the experience I had was amazing. I’m not someone who enjoys shopping and I’m very unsure of my style but Imelda made me feel so comfortable and relaxed . I felt so special and not one bit rushed or forced into buying something I would never wear again . I fell in love with a dress and was devastated that my size wasn’t available but it was no trouble at all for her to order it in and I returned few days later, only to find out that she had actually gone to collect the dress from another store for me . What a service . I will definitely be returning and would 100% recommend shopping here.

I decided to return the online purchased items personally. I visited the Phase Eight department nd returned the item.......no real communication with assistant. However, when I returned the item to the lingerie department I felt really important as a customer. The assistant did everything with a personal approach to facilitate me to find an alternative item. Please convey my gratitude and thanks to the young lady who assisted me.

Goods had a casual shirt I was desperately trying to get for my girlfriend as a surprise Christmas gift. Unfortunately, the shirt sold out rather quickly at Phase Eight and at Next and the only other UK store that had this item, didn't have it in my girlfriend's size. I managed to find Goods (based in Ireland) and they had the shirt in her size but unfortunately, it wouldn't let me order the item as Goods don't currently ship to the UK (due to Brexit).

Fortunately, after some clarification on this and some correspondence, an agreement was made they would hold one of the shirts for me and ship it to me as a very kind gesture. Annette was the one to do this for me and sorted this all for me and was amazing with her quick responses and for putting the process in place of ordering and getting this shipped out to me so quickly. I want to thank her for her tremendous help and support with this and for going above and beyond to get this shipped to me. It's very much appreciated.

I have managed to order the shirt and I'm so pleased I've managed to secure this as it was my last hope to get this for my girlfriend, who will be very happy with this when she opens it on Christmas Day. Thank you once again Goods and Annette for sorting this for me and going out of your way to help me with this item.

Delivery of purchase bought online 2 June 2023
I do not have a complaint about Goods . I have a complaint about the delivery of the package. I was told that It would be delivered on 6th June and that I would get notice of the exact time 1 hour before delivery. This did not happen. I rang Goods to let them know that the package had not come by 8th. It was delivered on 9th.

I forgot to add my free item to my cart,one quick email and it was all sorted! Received my goodies just as I wanted! Fast ,friendly service,will definitely use this website again.
