Wouldn’t give me a cash refund for a returned item that was bought in store

Wouldn’t give me a cash refund for an item bought in store which I hadn’t even taken out of the bag - crazy for a luxury retailer. This is on top of them failing to deliver the Christmas presents I ordered from them in November last year. Everytime I engage with this company it ends in me being unhappy. People who work there are lovely, obviously management and policies leave a lot to be desired. Save yourself the ag and buy from End instead!

Excellent Customer Service

I bought a gift voucher as a wedding gift - the bride and groom were delighted as this is one of their favourite stores. Although, there wasn't an option online to add a gift message, I contacted customer service via email and they replied, very promptly, and added a message for me. Delivery was very prompt too. Overall, a great experience with excellent customer service.
