I'm not too sure about this chewing gum…

I'm not too sure about this chewing gum if I'm being honest, being my first time I've had them. Although I know this is better for me, health wise. But I'm going to persevere in the event that I get used them.

Sleeping better thanks to Magnesium Glycinate

I purchased Magnesium Glycinate from Good Health Naturally to support my sleep. My sleep had been really light and easily disturbed. After using the product since March, I highly recommend the product! Sleep has greatly improved. Overall really happy with the purchase and have since repurchased.
