Best DIY Mobile App platform
This is the BEST mobile app DIY platform. Very easy to work with, features are great and hosting of apps to stores is seamless. Only disadvantage is the price and support some times doesnt understand your queries.
Otherwise, I have tried all DIY platforms and this is the best of all.

Non sto riuscendo a pubblicare la mia app perchè non ho capito qual altre informazioni debbo mettere e l'assistenza, nonostante abbia pagato anche il supplemento non è così immediata ed esplicativa.

Hi Chris. Unfortunately we don't have any office in Asia. However, we do have teams in Europe and US (NYC). We answer to the tickets 7 days a week and it never takes more than 24hours to answer our customers. I have to admit that you are not located in the best timezone according to our offices. They do not respect the data protection law
I have sent several e-mails asking to delete my personal data. They're still sending me unsolicited emails and no option to unsubscribe. I told them that I would report them, but they don't seem to care. Finally, I have no option but denounce this company to the data protection agency for not complying with the European regulation.

Fácil de usar, resultados óptimos.
Tengo 5 PWA con GoodBarber, y tanto el manejo de la herramienta como el resultado es muy bueno.
La plataforma es intuitiva, permite mucha personalización, en mi caso tengo embebidas bases de datos, y el funcionamiento es totalmente correcto.
Las APPs son fáciles de publicar y es sencillo hacer cambios y aplicarlos en real, además de que puedes hacer pruebas sin que se vean en la versión del usuario.
La única pega que tengo es con el Servicio Técnico, son muy amables y educados pero no resuelven demasiado, sí resuelven dudas muy sencillas o que no supongan "un fallo de su herramienta", pero no hay forma de resolver incidencias minimamente problemáticas.
Llevo casi un año con un ticket abierto, siempre me piden lo mismo, siempre se lo paso, y hace unos días me dijeron "¿puedes volver a indicarnos cual es la incidencia?", me quise morir JAJAJAJA, la incidencia lleva siendo la misma desde junio del 2022. Al final les pedí directamente que si no podían o no sabían resolverlo que por favor me lo dijeran, porque estar dándole vueltas a una incidencia es una pérdida de tiempo para ellos y para mi. Y si no pueden resolverlo igual puedo buscar un externo que sí pueda.
Por eso no les pongo 5 estrellas, porque yo trabajo en Soporte, y se lo que es resolver incidencia, o no poder resolverlas... y no me parece estén haciendo una gestión adecuada.

Simple d'utilisation mais...
L'application est simple d'utilisation mais on ne pas pas supprimer une apps si on l'a créé par erreur. Il y a trop de bug ! C'est dommage pour une Apps qui vaut si chers par ans. A fuir !

Bonjour Loic, Je viens de voir que vous avez créé plusieurs versions d'essai gratuites en effet. Ces apps peuvent être désactivées via le backoffice avant la fin de la periode d'essai. Si vous ne les désactivez pas, elle se désactiveront par elles-mêmes à la fin des 30 jours gratuits. Je n'ai trouvé aucun message au support technique de votre part. Notre équipe est à votre disposition aux horaires de bureau 7jours sur 7 pour vous aider, même pendant la periode de test. Si vous avez besoin d'aide ou si vous avez trouvé des bugs, veuillez nous contacter dans le support via le backoffice d'une de vos apps. Nous restons à votre disposition pour vous aider.
