Dreadful "support"
Takes days to respond, it's often with reference links (here, read this to find your answer), or they don't answer and you sit and wait more days for a solution. Not uncommon to waste four or five days and accomplish nothing. When you do complain about turnaround times they do nothing to make it right. They refuse to extend your annual subscription by any length of time.
Very frustrating to deal with.

Service is fast and tech support respond on time , like everything about goodbarber.com is perfect including app templates they provide us with.

The app creator is really nice once you start getting used to the logic of it. It's rich and customizable to a great extent. This already sets them appart from their competitors. But what really stands out for me is the customer service. I have literally never seen a more dedicated customer service in any other business. They do really want to help, and they go to a great length to make sure of it. They don't hide behind policies, they are quick to answer, they involve the dev team if necessary, they reach out to customers to ask for improvements. I've been dreaming of having an app for 5 years, and now I not only have one, it surpasses my expectations. Congrats and sincere thanks to the team.
