Did not receive my order, no reply from email

Sham company! Took my money but no items received. As with other customers they fail to respond to emails and no telephone number is shown for them.
They are crooks

Ordered 2 weeks ago and nothing! Contacted them with no response!

I wish I had come here first before placing my order £70 worth and not even a shipping update nor a reply to my emails!

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Popped up as a Facebook advert, paid via clearpay.nothing has arrived and no response to emails or their contact form!

Don’t order from this company. Saw them being promoted on a FB page but ordered and haven’t received any goods. No response to emails. Having to reclaim money from bank. Scammers using fake photos and profiles.

Don’t use this company! Take your money and don’t send out your order. Absolute joke! I was told over a week ago they’d refund my delivery and do next day delivery. 9 days later I’m still waiting! All together it’s been a month. It’s ashame really because I was wanting to order so much of this site but I’ll be looking elsewhere.

I ordered neck patches on 25/03/24 and it is now 16/04/24 and have not received my purchase.I have e mailed them 4 times and have not had any response from them. I am a pensioner and can I’ll afford to spend money on basically nothing.Terrible company.Avoid. The amount I paid was£36.59.

Customer service is terrible. Cancelled subscription and Sent unwanted patches back and never got a refund. Then had the cheek to send out more and refused to refund. I just got ignored. Don’t waste your money.

Product did not arrive and no correspondence from the company. Wouldn’t waste your money.

An update I have received my order today thank you good skin.

Like others on here, my order never reappeared and no answers to my emails. They are taking people's money and not providing the goods. I should have checked them out on Trustpilot first! Do not order from this Company! I was lucky to get my money back from my bank - they did it with immediate effect - so thanks to them.

Scam
Like many others I made an order on 28 March for the peel mitt and have never received it. Tracking link does not work. Emails to company ignored. Avoid.

No delivery of order. Have sent three emails and not had any replies. Getting in touch with fraud squad at my card.

Order never processed. Contacted after over a week of no movement. No answer. Checked their refund policy, there’s an EU 14 day cooling off period. So I therefore requested a cancellation & refund. Still no response. Will be contacting consumer advice & seeking a charge back from my bank.

Ordered items. Chased up twice. Nothing heard or received. Wish I’d looked at this first.

I ordered neck patches and body mitt. Have received the patches, which are rubbish. Didn’t receive the mitt £11. Emailed them, have had no response….unprofessional, rip off company. The neck patches do not work. Don’t know about the mitt. Robbing people so blatantly is unacceptable, this company should be shut down.
