Hi Ross,
Just a quick update - we have emailed the return procedure so you should now be able to initiate the return of the items.
We understand how frustrating the return process must be, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience. Our team sent an email on 23 February with instructions on how to return the item, but it’s possible it didn’t reach your inbox.
I’ll ask our logistics team to resend the return procedure to you shortly. In the meantime, you’re also welcome to contact us via the online chat on our website if that’s more convenient.
Once again, we apologise for the difficulties you’ve experienced.
Kind regards,

Hi Stuart
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re pleased to hear the jacket fits well.
We’re sorry for any confusion regarding the battery. On the product page description we do mention that the heated gilet does not include a battery, and we provide a link to a compatible power bank that can be purchased separately. We appreciate that this may not always be immediately obvious, and we will continue reviewing our product pages to ensure this information is as clear as possible for customers.
To clarify for anyone reading, we are a UK-based business that sources and sells products internationally, allowing us to offer a wide range of golf apparel and accessories.
If you would like help choosing a compatible power bank or have any other questions, please contact us through our website and mark your message FAO Renz, and we’ll be happy to assist.

If I could give it no stars I would
If I could give it no stars I would, My order was cancelled on the 4th Feb due to not being able to be delivered to a remote area. This was to be delivered to a city in Northern Ireland. There is nothing on their website about not being able to deliver there and they accepted the order in the first place. I have been trying to get a refund since then and 4 weeks later still no refund. Communication has been terrible. Would stay clear of using this company.

Hi,
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration.
Your order was unfortunately cancelled due to a courier routing issue, and we appreciate that this should have been communicated more clearly at the time. We also sincerely apologise for the delay in processing your refund. During this period, some of our support team were unavailable due to international public holidays, which regrettably slowed response times — this is not the level of service we aim to provide.
Please be assured that your refund is now being prioritised and will be processed as soon as possible. Once issued, please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your payment provider.
To clarify for anyone reading, we are a UK-based business that sources and sells products internationally, and we are actively improving our delivery communication and response times based on customer feedback.
If you would like confirmation once the refund has been processed, please contact us through our website and mark your message FAO Renz, and we will ensure this is handled promptly.

Took 10 days to arrive. Rubbish material.
Took 10 days to arrive. Looks wool in the picture but is actually cheap cotton with a zip which may last 4 wears. Went back to the site to see what the description says about the jumper. Guess what there is no information about what material the jumper is made of. Just a very misleading image. Avoid. Cheap Vhinese rubbish.

It was easy to order
It was easy to order. However I didn't realise straight away that the order was coming from abroad. I live in the UK. I ordered an XXL for my husband and it was still very snug. The sizings don't match a UK garment industry. I bought the gilet for my husband as a birthday present. He does sports photography. He was very happy with the concept of being warm but would have preferred maybe XXXL
