Golf Swing Systems Arvostelua

Found them incredibly helpful when discussing what I wanted.
Even to the point of making a slight modification to the net I wanted to purchase to suit my space.
Impressive customer service.
Highly recommend.

Great service from the company and especially good communication from Tracy to iron out a very minor problem with the couriers. All-in-all, excellent!

Absolutely amazing customer service, product came in 24 hours needed a replacement part and was ordered and shipped with an hour of phoning up.

Couldn’t recommend more

Fantastic service from Haydn. We purchased a simulator set up and they gave great advice on what we needed, what we didn’t need, and opinions on different options which was a great help as we were a bit unsure what we needed. They ensured that we received everything before Christmas and we are extremely happy. Would recommend 100%!

We recently purchased a simulator from Golf Swing Systems and the process was incredible from start to finish.
From talking through the options, quotes, delivery of equipment, install and the communication from the company was excellent, especially from Chris Manuel.
An amazing product, amazing customer service and an amazing company.

I do not normally write reviews, however this was rather exceptional ... When I was trying to place an order for a golf mat - Chris from Golf Swing Systems, who was on the other end of the phone questioned why I wanted that particular band. When I explained I was trying to achieve he took the time to tell that I did not need a new mat and I should stick with what I have!

Absolutely not what I was expecting. He might have lost one sale, but he created a loyal customer for the future.

Very impressive!

Absolutely first class. Couldn't recommend highly enough. From start to finish helping with the initial design and layout to getting everything posted out. In particular, Chris who i made numerous calls to and emails sent was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

If you are looking to build a studio then look no further, these guys are brilliant.

Excellent customer service and advice. I stuck with which putting device to get, a quick call to golf swing systems quickly made my mind up. Excellent impartial advice, and super fast delivery. Highly recommend and will 100% buy from these again in the future.

I was put in touch with GSS through a friend who installed a trackman studio & was aware i was doing the same.
the customer service from the guys (Hayden & Chris) was outstanding.
i ordered the HD Screen / Frame and fittings.
i needed help one evening out of hours - i contacted Hayden and all was so easy
Highly recommend dealing with this company...profesional service made easy.

I recently had a swingroom fitted in my Pro shop and I am so pleased that I involved the guys at Golf Swing Systems. Everyone has been so helpful throughout the process. Chris was very knowledgeable and offered great advice on the layout. Steve and Lee were fantastic fitters. Nothing was too much trouble and they made sure that everything was perfect. I would highly recommend using GSS. They made the whole experience go very smoothly. No stress. Since the build was completed, the after-sales service has been excellent. It certainly has created a "wow" factor for members and visitors to the club.

I had been looking at installing a golf simulator at home for some time & with the UK lockdown added this only reinforced the 'want' to have this.
I looked around at a number of possible suppliers & eventually decided to meet up with GSS at their facility (not when lockdown was in force) to go through the plans.
Needless to say they offered lots of practical guidance as to what would & wouldn't work.
I was so comfortable with their service / proposals that I placed an order whilst at their facility. Within 6 weeks from ordering all was completed.
They provided to me: impact screen, acoustic foam panels to walls and ceilings, SkyTrak, TrueStrike mat & full putting surface for inside a garage plus they completed the installation. They would have provided a projector to although I had sourced this myself directly.
The installers (Steve & Lee) were great & offered practical solutions when the dimensions weren't quite right (not their fault just the garage walls slightly out of line). They even helped put a dartboard, a couple of shelves & a mirror up for me too. What service!
I am absolutely thrilled with the final outcome & I'd thoroughly recommend them again to anyone else.

I recently had a garage converted in to a golf simulator room by golf swing systems. The end product is fantastic and has exceeded my expectations by a considerable amount. The quality of the workmanship, the professional approach, value for money, and the overall experience has been second to none, I cannot recommend golf swing systems highly enough.
If you are entertaining the idea of converting a garage or room and want quality advice these are the guys to talk to.

Needed an item shipped to the U.S. and they went above and beyond to make sure it arrived. Would gladly buy from them again and recommend them to anyone looking for golf related products.

Tracey at Golf Swing Systems was extremely helpful and very efficient. I received my order very quickly and when I chose to swap it for an alternative system that was more suited to me, this was done without issue. I will definitely be using them again.

Fantastisk support och bemötande. Beställde en duk till golfsimulator och kan bara varmt rekommendera golfswingsystem, kvalitetsmässigt helt kanon! Suverän bildåtergivning och duktiga och hjälpsam support. Snabb leverans

Great service from Golf Swing Solutions; Steve and the team looked after us really well from start to finish and I have to say that the indoor Trackman setup is one of the best purchases that I have ever made!
