Golfstream Limited Arvostelua 

I was very happy with my purchase and their prompt
dispatch. Unfortunately the courier contacted me
that I had to pay a additional 31 euros because of new
tax. I returned them and my A/C was credited.
So i would give full marks to this company

I am one of those people, that if something is going to go wrong, it will happen to me!

I had an issue with my trolley, where I could only disconnect my battery to switch off, then couldn't switch back on.

I emailed Golfstream about the issue, and they immediately arranged for the trolley to be picked up.

This happened on a Tuesday. By Thursday the trolley was returned, upgraded and with a change of trim, which I had been planning to buy!

All this, at Golfstream's expense!

Amazing service, great people to deal with, and I just hope that by giving a glowing review others won't expect Golfstream to provide free goodies!

A great product is one thing, but fantastic customer service is what really makes Derek and the team at Golfstream earn the 5*.
After 2 years of trouble free use of my trolley, the on/off switch recently developed a fault.
I emailed Derek with the issue, he immediately offered to either send out a replacement part or to collect the trolley for a free repair. I said to Derek I was happy to fit the part myself, and 2 days later it arrived in the post. Less than an hour later, trolley back in perfect working condition.
Incredible service and a lesson to almost all the other companies out there who forget about the customer as soon as they've made the sale!

Great product. Good if shipping with battery was also provided by air or ocean freight.

Ease of order, timeliness of delivery.

In trying to obtain assistance with the service of a replacement screen I had a very uncomfortable and unhelpful teleconference with the technical department. I was accused of laughing at the engineer which I found pathetic, I was chuckling at my inability to comprehend. I would never deal with this company again.

Found what I was looking for easily on your website, ordered it, and it was delivered 2 days later.

Main tube on my GX3 after only 7 months. Golfstream repaired it under warranty requiring it to be send away for a week by the time it got picked up. It then failed again after another few weeks with the new rivets falling out. Had to send it back again a week ago and still not got it back. Not confident it won’t be the last time

Made contact about a possible warranty issue. It was handled really quickly with some knowledgeable and helpful replies, including offering a repair free of charge.
I then ordered some spare parts and they were dispatched quickly and with clear instructions on fitting.

I E-mailed the company on Bank Holiday Monday with a query regarding a part I needed.I was pleasantly suprised to receive a prompt from Dereck who was able to identify the part I required from the online parts listing.Part ordered without any problem and received within a couple of days.Part fitted exactly and problem resolved Excellant service.

My GX3 trolley developed a minor issue and required a new switch. I contacted Golfstream who we more than happy to assist with this. Not only was the new switch sent out very quickly it was also sent free of charge. This level of customer service is the reason I will be a life long Golfstream customer and the fact they make outstanding golf trollies also helps. Well done Golfstream!!!!
