I was in two minds about buying a launch monitor in October several weeks before any possible Black Friday discounts. They promised to refund the difference if the manufacturer ran a promotion so I ordered.

Brilliant company…had a problem with the screen i purchased…emailed customer service about the issue and they sent me a new screen out without a problem…great service and product.

Spoke to golf bays on Monday morning for a new screen for my simbox, guy on phone was super helpful and new the anytime every question I asked.
Gave me full details on all there screens,
Tuesday lunch time the new pro screen arrived and it was better than expected, the quality was fantastic and better than anything av seen in a sim set up. Well worth the money.

Ordered an SPG-7 net which unfortunately wasn’t in stock. After a slight delay was contacted by phone to explain the situation. Resolved very quickly and ended up purchasing another product to which discount was applied as an offer of good will. The company couldn’t do enough for me to sort it all out. From the very beginning of the process, GolfBays service was top notch! And any questions I’ve had they were there to answer them. As for the enclosure itself…the quality is great, the impact screen is durable, and the image from my projector is clear. The ball just falls to the ground instead of flying back at me and my wife tells me the sound is very minimal! I’ve been teaching golf for 16yrs and have used a bunch of at home hitting options. All around to say im impressed with GolfBays is an understatement! The best enclosure I’ve used; HANDS DOWN.
