Don't bother with the high street shops offering best prices paid. I was offered a paltry amount but when I used goldxchange I received 2 and a half times the amount. The whole experience took just 2 days and was totally professional.

Very impressed. First class service. Rarely do do companies exceed expectations, but GoldXchange did. Received their pack for sending off gold . Called about the default insurance value (£750) being too low. Was advised to pay the postage myself and they would reimburse, Paid £20 at the post office to increase the insurance to £2500. Offer was received the next day with refund added for the postage. Money was in the bank all within 24 hours form posting.

Well, I am impressed. The mailing pack (Special Delivery) was received AM and returned PM, and less than 24 hours later a good offer was received which I accepted and the money was transferred into my bank shortly afterwards.

Like some reviewers mentioned I was initially a little wary of sending high value things in the post but after reading all of the excellent reviews here I was convinced all would be ok. It was.

I was very wary about sending jewellery through the post and didn’t feel comfortable about whether I would get a true valuation, but, I have had the most satisfactory experience with this company. They were quick to value, make an offer and transfer the money to my bank account. The gold value calculator on the website is really useful. I have already recommended this company to friends.

Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. I sent a small parcel of scrap using their prepaid envelope, and by 2pm the next day a pleasant and helpful assistant called with a very competitive offer. I accepted, and the money was in my bank the very same day. I was extremely impressed and would not hesitate to use GoldXchange again.

I posted my gold and the offer was very acceptable. I accepted the offer by email and the money was in my account. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

When I looked at the website and valued my pieces using the calculator I thought it sounded too good to be true and surely there must be charges not mentioned here. How wrong. I eventually sent off one piece, received an offer the same day the parcel arrived, accepted the more than expected offer and the money was in my account later that day. I have since sent another 2 items with the same excellent response. A truly amazing service, highly recommended.

I had some old gold to sell and chose to use Goldxchange, because of the very good reviews and very competitive prices.
I received the packet to return my gold and sent it off. Next morning one of the team called with a valuation, and by early afternoon, they had transferred the money.
They did call me twice (initial valuation and then to confirm bank details) and their team member was very friendly, polite and professional.
It was easy to deal with Goldxchange and their service was excellent throughout.

Needed to raise some cash towards a new roof! Found Cheshire gold xchange online and got an excellent quote via email for a few gold items I had inherited. Didn't like the idea of sending in post, so took a day trip from East Midlands to Warrington for personal visit. Easy to find and friendly prompt attention. I made an online request for an envelope late afternoon and, received it in the post the following day. I promptly filled with an unused gold item and returned in the post the same day. By lunchtime the next day I received my quote. I was delighted with my quote as it was £80 more than I’d been offered at my local dealer. The cash was then deposited in my account within the hour after accepting.

Have used the service twice and received offers very close to what I was expecting. Both times the payment was in my bank account in less than 30 hours after posting the packages to them. Excellent service, incredibly easy to use, and does exactly what they advertise. I shall certainly use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Got a fantastic price for a chain I sent through and then also for a bracelet. If you know the weight of your gold they have a calculator online that tells you how much you will receive. This is by far the best company to send your gold to , I looked into many before deciding on goldxchange. They send out prepaid envelope using special delivery and the money is in your account next day. I took my gold to two local companies and got quotes for £200 less per item .
