I've had some pieces of jewelry kept in a safe as I am too afraid to wear them in public. I called Gold trust and spoke to a very friendly and helpful Pam who arranged an appointment at the Waterfront branch. There I was assistedby Caroline who was very helpful and professional and made us so at ease. I would gladly recommend them to anyone. I am also elated with the money I received from my jewelery.

I was so impressed with their professionalism and prompt response to my initial enquiry. A special mention to Shaun Haripersad in Umhlanga who was amazing! Everything is documented and above board.
Don't bother going anywhere else.

Shaun from the Umhlanga branch came to my home in Hillcrest. He was prompt, professional and pleasant. Everything was explained to me, readings and weights were done in front of me and the payment process was instant. I would gladly use Gold Trust again should the occasion arise.

Thank you Mohammed and Shaun @the Umhlanga Ridge Branch.

I recently exchanged my old gold for cash at GoldTrust, and it was honestly the best experience ever. The office space was incredibly professional, and my consultant, Shaun, was exceptionally well-presented, courteous, and pleasant to chat with throughout the process. He kept the interaction highly professional while still being engaging enough to hold a great personal conversation. Furthermore, the business is completely transparent, as exactly what they committed to and quoted was precisely what I was paid. I am incredibly happy with this seamless transaction and would highly recommend Shaun and the GoldTrust team to anyone looking to sell their gold items.

The service was exceptional.
Caroline and Mike are both professional and extremely knowledgeable about the value of gold jewelry.
The entire process from start to finish was efficient and completed in a surprisingly short time considering the number of pieces I sold. The money was immediately paid into our account before we left the building.
I will certainly make use of GoldTrust again and I am very happy to recommend them to others wanting to sell their gold items.

This was by far one of my most professional treatment from any company I've delt with before. My consultant, Julian, at your Boksburg branch, was very friendly and very professional. Excellent service.

My husband and I had a home visit from Nico, who was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. He explained the process to us and we were very happy with the offer that was made and the money was in my bank account before Nico even walked out of our front door. I will have no hesitation in recommending GoldTrust to anyone who is wanting to sell their gold jewelry or other gold items.
