Ordered an unobtrusive glucose monitor that did not require finger pricking .
The function was to use as a finger clip monitor like an oxygen monitor.
When the item arrived it was not what I ordered but an ordinary monitor for finger pricking which is of no use as I have plenty of these given free on prescription. I tried to contact them to report the error but all my messages gave bounced so I cannot contact them.
My advice is to not touch this company.

I've ordered some boots on line but have not heard anything from the company or acknowledgement that they have my order, because I know they have my money...

Bad quality clothing that comes from China...took almost 2 weeks for the products to arrive. Once they did arrive, material was poor, sizing not true to what it says on the website and you have to pay to send them back...to China! Would not recommend, just a scam.

Avoid at all costs - absolute scam. The item did not arrive with any paperwork or tags so they accuse you of wearing it and returning. The company is a complete scam and they blame you for it not fitting so make it different to return it

To start I ordered a suit for a funeral! It arrived after about 3 weeks, The so called suit was the worst quality you could imagine! I requested a refund! Not a chance without a cost .
I was offered
Option 1 – Keep the Item and Get 10% Refund. We can issue a 10% refund back to your original payment method while you keep the product. You could gift it, donate it, or repurpose it however you like — whatever works best for you. This avoids the time and cost of returning the item internationally.

Option 2 – 50% Store Credit. Receive 50% of the value of your item as store credit for a future purchase. The credit never expires, and no return is required.

Standard Return Policy: If you'd still prefer to return the item for a refund, here are the guidelines:

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and securely packaged. Products showing any signs of use or alteration will be rejected.

If you want to return a product it must be returned to our warehouse. Return shipping and any customs duties are the customer's responsibility which means you have to send product back to us at your own expense as stated in our policies to which you agreed before making a purchase.

A 15% restocking fee applies for returned goods.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Please note that international return shipping costs are often higher than the original order value, so this option is generally not recommended.

Additionally, if you choose the to return a product, you must complete the return form, print it, and include it in the return package. Returns received without this form will not be processed.
