At the time of this review, I am now 7 days without an update on my order.

Initially, everything looked good. The day after placing the order I received an order update which contained a Royal Mail tracking code. However, several days passed and the tracking code still didn't exist on Royal Mails tracking system. After checking again the day after, the code then came up with a Tracked 24 page but stated they were still waiting for the parcel, which essentially means they still haven't even bothered to post my order.

I have contacted their customer service this morning and have yet to receive a response, so still awaiting that.

As other reviews have stated, they clearly struggle to post orders on time and the website is littered with false postage time claims.

I will be shortly be opening a dispute with Paypal and requesting a refund. I will provide an update on this review, if they bother to respond.

Had an initial problem with the delivery status not changing. I panicked looking at the negatives reviews. There was no need to worry, Gabriel called me to notify me that the package was on it way. Next day the items arrived. Great customer service and don't listen to all the negative reviews like i nearly did. Fantastic products and great prices and im happy to support a family run business. Look forward to order more in the future.

Decent product, but expect major delivery/communication issues
"Ordered a Rokit Dry R on 27th April via PayPal Pay in 3. For nearly two weeks, I had zero communication and no tracking; the Shop app just said 'Expected April 30th' with no updates. My emails were ignored until I opened a PayPal dispute. Only then did the seller claim an 'integration error' and suddenly provide a tracking number that didn’t even go live until the day before delivery. It felt like a stalling tactic. While the dryer itself seems like a decent, solid bit of kit for the price, the customer service was non-existent and stressful. Great product, but be prepared to fight for it to be shipped."

My order very quickly had a postage label created, but for 6 days it was not actually passed to Royal Mail. After contacting the company multiple times I eventually got a reply to save that a particular product was out of stock so the order was on hold.

I requested that the order by cancelled after reading other reviews here, and have been told that the cancellation was processed. 16 hours later the order is still showing as "confirmed".

Since placing my original review I have been contacted by the company and the refund has been processed.

There was something strange about the process - the order wasn't updated as refunded until the very last minute, and the line items were actually zeroed out at one stage. Very odd for a Shopify account.

I can't say I have much faith in their back end processes, but at least I was not ghosted and forced to do a card chargeback.

Purchased a CARPRO XL Detailing Bag but the zipper broke a month after ordering and the seems began to rip apart.

I was told by support that this was "general wear and tear" and when I asked them if the zippers were designed to fail after 1 month they just replied that I was outside the return window.

Ordered some detailing products, but unfortunately they missed an item. One email received a prompt response and was immediately rectified and posted the same day. This is when a company shows its true colours, excellent customer satisfaction, highly recommended. I’ll have no hesitation in ordering again thank you.

The company was dissolved back in February 2023. I only know because I paid for an item on 26th January 2025 and has been no contact or response. Claimed money back via Bank and then checked Companies House. AVOID the scammers

Faulty product with no response to emails. Considering I had to wait so long for the product in the first place it’s really disappointing

Customer service is amongst the worst I’ve ever experienced

Avoid at all costs , seems like a web scam , they upload tracking and never receive item , no replies to any communication or emails !!! No phone contact details
