Goldfellow was very quick and responsive.

Ability for direct phone contact, immediate response, website, value, on-going communication of progress

Timely receipt of payment!

I was very impressed. The entire process -- from setting up an account to getting a shipping pack, mailing it in and receiving an estimate -- was all clearly explained, quick and easy. I plan to sell more of my outdated jewelry to GoldFellow in the future.

Friendly and polite customer service.
Quick turnaround on product.

First, the speed at which they processed my jewelry was so fast and I was pleased with their appraisal of the items.

Fantastic Customer Service and Support

Easy to do business with, very fair offer

Highly recommended

Prompt and professional. I called with a question and went straight through to a real, knowledgeable, native English speaking person.

Your advertising brochure that I received in the mail was atractive and informative. I enjoyed reading the history of your company

The process of sending my jewelry was very easy which is part of the appeal. They send you everything you need, it's all safe and secure which is reassuring. When I called them with a few questions I had they were very receptive and professional. Would definitely use again.

I have used Goldfellow for many, many years now and have always had an excellent experience. They are fast, efficient and pay a fair price. If you are not happy, you have the opportunity to refuse settlement, but I have never had to do so. Great people, and great service.

This was an extremely easy process and very quick. I printed the label and packing slip, filled it out and sent it. I received an update with days and the money just as quickly! Completely trustworthy process for me!

Easy instructions, good communications, quick turnaround. Don't know if what I received for my gold was "a good price," but for the convenience, it was acceptable.

Great experience! Easy to work with.

Quick, easy, and user friendly process! I love using this service whenever I have valuables to get rid of☺️

The entire process was painless. Dropped my package at FedEx on Saturday and had a quote on Tuesday. The quote was actually more than I anticipated and I felt comfortable accepting it. They issued the monies the same day. I will use Goldfellow again.

Excellent experience, good prices and easy to work with.

Love using Goodfellow forms unwanted gold.
