GoldFellow Arvostelua

Using GoldFellow was super easy & quick. After using multiple refiners/gold & silver buyers I've noticed there is a difference between the companies. GoldFellow called promptly & made selling my old jewelry super easy.

Plus the customer service representative was charming over the phone. I will be glad to use this service again!

This is probably the 3rd time I have dealt w/ them over the years. As always, the service is there. Ms. Hamilton is a pleasure to deal w/.

Very quick responses and payment. Great customer service.. I had a good past experience (years ago) so when I was in the market again, I used them, again. Happy to recommend!

The process was easy and very quick. I also talked with Mary and she was so friendly and helpful.

Goldfellow made it so easy to sale my gold too. I really liked how they broke down the settlement for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Very Professional. Very very. They handled everything so easily too. Lightning fast service. I highly recommend as I was recommended by a friend as well. I will also be recommending Goldfellow & will do more business with them myself. Zero complaints at all. A++ Company

Very fast and easy to do!

I could not believe how fast everything happened. I randomly googled where to sell gold and shipped it out based on the reviews. Next thing you know it arrives from California to Florida getting paid the same day. The whole experience was great and I was paid fairly for what I presented. Thank you gold fellows

The whole transaction was completed within a week, including receiving the check in the mail for the items I submitted.

Great communication with employees, I had a question and was shocked that an actual person answered the line (that spoke clearly) and got my questions answered quick. Their turnaround time is great. Fantastic experience, 10/10

I sent the gold and 2 days later received an offer. I guess I requested a check as payment? Anyway I still don't have my money. I received a call and my money was transferred to my account immediately. Estimate was fair. Service very good.

The shipping process was simple and paid for by the company. The response was fast, and the offer was fair. Very happy with my experience.

Very prompt service, good and fair offer

I feel the transaction was easy and fair and was quite enjoyable!!!!

They sent me a prepaid FedEx envelope to send my class ring to them. They evaluated it promptly and provided a rapid offer to me which seemed reasonable. They sent me a check promptly. I cannot think of any negative aspects of this transaction and I am quite pleased with it. Thank you for a smooth, painless transaction and perhaps we can do business again in the future. - Chris

Mary was great to deal with. Kept me informed of the process. Would recommend to anyone looking to sell jewelry
