GoldFellow Arvostelua

Mary was amazing , very helpful and professional.

Exchanged my gold for cash process. Easy, user friendly website. Easy tracking of my package; quick service; very happy with the valuation results; I recommend GoldFellow co.
Thanks

I love how they took time to actually look not just give you a made up number and not even check your items

Great customer service. Fast payout. Very friendly staff.

The customer service was great. They did meat my low offer. Going forward though I will just go to jewelry! It would have been that day instead of a week!

EXCELENT
Our experience in GoldFellow was exactly what we wanted: good service and security. Mary Hamilton was very helpful, she informed us very clearly about all our inquiries and was super nice to us. Customer service at its best. Her and Eduardo made us feel very confortable.
Thank you again for all your help and kindness.
Best regards,
Raisa.

Excellent service. Friendly, professional snd so helpful to a first timer.

The instructions were clear. The response was fast and the woman who handled my requests made everything very simple. I'm very grateful. Many people don't realize how things that used to be easy can become very difficult for many reasons.

Easy and I got a good price for my stuff!

Pleasure to meet and interact with this business.
Everyone was very kind and very professional.
Enjoying experience.

I didn’t trust getting a good price for my gold from a local pawn shop, but I got more of Gold Fellow than I did a local pawn shop. Plus they sent back my unwanted jewelry back at no cost! Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with the service, everything went smoothly and fast. I would definitely use this service again and recommend to others. Very satisfied.

Their website explains the process so well and makes it very easy. It was quick service, I received an email for how much my gold was worth and what they were offering to pay. I think it was a fair price and accepted the offer. The check was mailed and I received it within a week. Getting some extra cash for old jewelry laying around for years was a win.

Everyone I’ve dealt with at Goldfellow is so kind and helpful.

Easy to deal with and process was painless and all online. The only reason not 5 stars is the gap between the value of the gold by weight and the GF offer was a little more than expected.

I liked how the shipping is paid for your submission. This made the process convenient. My package shipped and was received in less than a week. I received prompt communication to my email and in my dashboard. What didn't happen was an itemized list of the items I sent. I thought this was part of the process. What I got was an offer based upon gold and silver, but no breakdown on the pieces. I don't know if I will get the items they deamed undesireable back to me. Still waiting on that. This was my first time using this service.

Very good in communication, polite, and prompt I reply.

The site is not as easy to use it .
Was happy with my agent.

Thank you
Kalpana

The entire process was easy and I was satisfied with the offer.
