Fist and foremost the kindly man had a lovely voice very clear in his instructions (yes/no answer etc) and explained everything very well indeed he was friendly and very respectful at all times.he followed the format perfectly.So he put me on hold but came back to me very quickly with answer overall the questions were not rocket science and the whole experience was pleasant (due to a man's performance) and didn't take long at all!!
