I am sorry but I have forgotten the young gentleman name. But the things I remember most he listened to what I said. He was thorough, went through what my policy included, whe I needed to ask a question no problem he answered it for me. He went back over things for me , not a problem. I can honestly say that I was impressed with and the way he handled everything. I will definately be spreading the word among my friends about your company. My final comment. Thankyou for your employee. He was brilliant.
