ADU (detached garage conversion)
I had a plan to convert my detached garage to an ADU. I came across Golden ADU on my FB page and I liked their excellent reviews so I gave them a call. Sure enough Chai came down the following day and did a really great job explaining everything I needed to know, he’s the best in the business, he knows his stuff.
This business promises to do the whole project from start to end on time with a very reasonable price. Bldg. permit, plan layouts and construction so customers have nothing to worry about.Best of all they handle all the financing if needed. I was all set to have them do the project but unfortunately on my end something came up that I can’t go thru w/ it.
Chai handled the whole situation like a cool hand Luke. Like a true businessman he thank me for the opportunity. Thank you very much Chai I wish you all the best in all your future projects.
I highly recommend this company for any construction projects big or small. Their reviews say it all.

I think they will improve if they become humane enough understanding where people are coming from. Yosef really did not worry about a dying child. He was too selfish even if he knows I will work hard for it like I always do.
