Golbazar Arvostelua 

بسیار راضی از سیستم پاسخگویی در اسرع وقت جواب سوالاتم رو دریافت کردم.

من از طريق گوگل اين سايت رو پيدا كردم ، براي اولين بار از سايت گل بازار از اروپا به ايران سبد گل ارسال كردم و بسيار بسيار راضي هستم . سرعت عمل در پاسخگويي به سووالات مشتريان ، تحوبل به موقع گل به گيرنده و از همه مهمتر كيفيت عالي گل ( دقيقا همانند عكس نشان داده شده روي سايت ) از ويژگيهاي اين سايت هست . من اين سايت رو به شدت به هموطنان عزيز توصيه ميكنم . ممنون گل بازار ☺️☺️

من واقعاً به شخصه راضي هستم هم تنوع كالا زياد و هم براي رضايت مشتري همه تلاش انجام ميدن ، پشتيباني هم فوق العاده است به خصوص اين كه براي مني كه خارج ايران هستم خيلي خوبه چون ميتونم همزمان صحبت كنم و همه جوره راهنمايي مي كنن من بي نهايت راضي هستم

Unfortunately, I have had a disappointing experience with the Golzar business. I am afraid and don't recommend it. The business does not comply with customer value and the primacy of public interest.

Firstly, the price of the items, while they are provided in Iran, are even more expensive than their counterparts abroad. For example, the cost of a bunch of flowers that I ordered via Golzar was more expensive than the same one in a costly city like Sydney, Australia. This has been an extra charge and unfair deal with international clients where the production of the item including ordering won't worth that much if it is calculated. I am not going to argue if the Golzar owners are going to extort clients, however, this is an illegal Business-to-Consumer model where the Golzar charges are based on $ currency where the actual price of the order is based on Iranian Rial. The act of Golzar company is alleged in a fair trading court if it would trade in this way in a developed country where customers are protected by our laws, regulation, and legal systems.

Besides, the second important issue with the Golzar is the information discrepancy in its ordering system. That is, the currency of $ has different variants of the U.S, Canada, and Australia. The Golzar doesn't inform the actual order cost nor asks clients about the local currency. As such, a client might be charged more than the price shown by the Golzar ordering system. This is confusing and a flaw in its ordering system design which should be fixed. I haven't observed such an information discrepancy in any other online ordering system.

Unfortunately, my order, i.e. flowers, was faded. I assume this might have been an unintentional and exceptional human error. I was busy to follow-up this with the Golzar.

On the positive side, the customer relationship, e.g., the chat boot, is fine, though this is a normal function in line with the customer's rights.

I hope the Golzar's owners view my comments in a constructive way...

من واقعا از برخورد و پشتیبانی راضی هستم
هنوز بستم تحویل نشده اما واقعا تمام سعیشون در رضایت مشتری هست و این برای من با ارزشه.

سلام کیفیت از یک تا صد میتونم بگم ۲۵صدم یعنی هیچ پول گزاف بسیار زیاد میگیرن بعد محصول بدرد نخور زشت میفرستن من پنجاه یورو پول پرداخت کردم
که میشه یک میلیون پانصد هزار تومن که ۵۰ هزار تومن هم نمی ارزه چیزی که فرستادن تو سایت نوشته همینجوری زیبا می‌فرستیم داخل توضیحات گلدان هم نوشته در گلدان سنگ های تزیینی و ربان زده شده بعد گلدان رسیده عکس برام فرستادن انگار یکی رفته از تو پارک محل چند تا شاخه گل چیده انداخته تو گلدون برده تحویل داده بعد پشتیبان میگه تو سایت نوشته شهر های بجز تهران و حومه تزیین و گلدان متفاوت است چه متفاوتی هیچ تزیینی وجود ندارد یعنی داخل آن گل فروشی هیچی وسیله تزیینی وجود نداشت مگه داریم مگه میشه یعنی می‌خوام بگم اگه میخواهید آبرتون نره توصیه میکنم اصلا وارد سایت نشید چون فقط پول و آبروتون میره واقعا متاسفم و اصلا پیشنهاد نمیکنم

I have tried so many websites to send flowers and gifts to Iran. Golbazar is one of the best ones. Great customer service and very fast delivery. Thank you once again 🙏

I ordered flowers from them for my mom's BD.
It was supposed to be delivered on that day before 5PM. They managed finally to deliver at 8PM when she had gone, to the building manager.
My dad had received the flowers the next the day and told me these are quiet old and placid! Where did you buy them from so we call them and complain!!
I have written complaint email and completed their satisfaction survey. So far I have not heard back from any one.
Will not buy from them again and do not recommend them.

I've had best experience with Golbazar. This website will be my only place to shop a gift. Customer service was excellent. Thank you so much for giving us a chance to show love to our family.

I sent flowers to my mother in Tehran for her birthday via Golbazar for the first time, but alas, her birthday coincides with Valentines day, and the flowers were delivered later than I had hoped. I called Golbazar to offer some feedback and found its customer support to be super attentive, apologetic and really nice. They even sent an apology bouquet to my mother the next day, which made her day. Clearly this is a company that cares about its customers a great deal, which is quite rare in this day and age. Hoping to be a returning customer.

The worse online shopping experience I’ve ever had. The price is super high and the quality is awful. I complained and sent more than 10 messages and the lady ( Negin in online chat) never responded! Do not recommend this to anyone !
