Servicio postventa pésimo.

Después de pagar un mes para la plataforma de Netflix, me sale una semana que la membresía está en pausa y hasta que no se pague no se reanuda el servicio.
E pedido en varias ocasiones ayuda en la página oficial de goingbus y encima que tardan en contestar no han podido resolver el problema. Les e pedido la devolución de ese mes abonado.
Me dicen en el último correo que si escribo una reseña negativa se cobran 1USD dé la cantidad que me tienen que devolver.
Adelante, me lo descuentan.

ACHTUNG!!!! Betrug…

Ich warte nun seit über einer Woche auf meine Rückerstattung, doch der Support reagiert nicht auf meine Anfragen. Statt einer Lösung wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung abgeben soll, damit mir keine Bearbeitungsgebühr berechnet wird. Ein solches Vorgehen wirkt alles andere als seriös. Zudem funktioniert mein Netflix-Account seit dem ersten Tag nicht, was den gesamten Service für mich unbrauchbar macht. Insgesamt bin ich äußerst unzufrieden mit der Plattform und dem mangelnden Kundenservice.
