Ordered the hot wheels advent calendar . Paid £25 including delivery. Ordered on 23rd November. It is now 17th December and still waiting. Have emailed requesting a refund 3 times. No reply.
If I could have given a minus score I would. I grudge even giving one star

Absolutely awful company, the products they sell are substandard, dangerous, fire hazards and should not be allowed to trade. They do not respond to emails etc. they advertise money back guarantee. Good luck!! Sh*te company. Scam

Product failed to function as advertised . Long delivery time. No response from customer service. Grab your money best to stay clear.

Absolutely disgusted with the WWii Advent calendar. Took over 3 weeks to arrive, eventually arriving on the 9th December. The item does not match the advertisement and the planes are plastic, bent and are a disgrace. I have written to complain and request a refund but I very much doubt i will hear anything. AVOID BUYING FROM THEM AT ALL CIST

Absolute Rubbish. Bought the Peter Thomas Roth eye tightening cream from Gohomie. Dont waste your money. I suspect this is a fake as there is no change what so ever. My eyes aren't even that bad so its not major bags. If I could give them a Zero I would. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

This company is just a scam, rather unfortunate i only saw the review after i had parted with my hard earned cash
In September i ordered a smart watch and now in December it still hasn’t been received and their online portal is saying successfully signed for, upon asking for that evidence of who signed for it or let alone pictures they have gone quiet

Painful part is i had been purchasing smart watches on e bay without issues and now when i bumped into their advert it seemed like the latest brand and i fell for it and parted with more money all for this nonsense

Ai have ordered un whiskey advert calendar, which was amazing in the advertising publicity, and i have received a joke!
It’s nothing but lies with this company!
I have asked them to return the products and have my money back, and they didn’t even bother to reply to my emails!

Scam did not deliver my item. Tried emailing them no reply.

Order shipped and delivered to a completely different address than the shipping address provided. Tried to contact customer service and its the same generic response received everytime and not addressing the issue I am asking questions about. Scam, fake company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Sorry to say but I have my order that I did not receive but say been dispatched or delivered. I was asking for the proof but no reply . I was asking for the refund of my money ey there’s no answer . Is this scam? If thus is not scam send or return my money if you can’t send the products.

Bought their whisky calendar seriously the bottles are no bigger than an inch and do they contain whiskey ? No they are solid coloured bottles. What a con. The price they charge for this product is ridiculous . So very disappointed . Wish I’d of done more research

Why is this company still allowed to advertise!! Just don’t get why social media don’t block these scammers!!!

Purchased a whiskey advent calendar, what a joke, they were advertising real small bottles of whiskey, it is all plastic crap and is so small, complete scam, please stay clear of this company.

Placed an order in may this yr still not received it sent emails x6 asking for a refund with no response from them. All I can say is the company are thieves and need taking to court by trading standards for stealing money from customers who bought goods in good faith

Please do not purchase anything from the Gohomie website people. The goods are fake and they are total scammers. It’s almost impossible to try and get a response from customer service and as far as a refund is concerned, you have more chance of getting Santa to come down your chimney on Christmas Eve. They’ll offer you a percentage of a refund then when it arrives it’s not what they offered then they will ignore you you completely, that’s only if you’ve been lucky enough to get hold of them in the first instance. Just stay clear is the best way.
