Very quick in quoting and fast with payment definitely would use again

Fast and effective however they advertise as payment the same day and yet it takes up to a week to arrive. They do explain why and the processes and the items are reviewed and a further offer sent the same day as it’s received though.

Easy and quick, gave me a good payment for a phone in bad condition

The whole experience with GoGreenGadgets was seamless and straightforward. They send out a prepaid package for you to return your phone, and once it’s been assessed, you’re given the option to accept or decline their offer. The assessment did take a little longer than expected, but once completed, the payment was made fairly promptly. Overall, it’s a really good, hassle-free process. My only disappointment was the amount offered for my phone, which was considerably less than I was expecting. I’d happily use the service again, but I just wish they were a little more generous with their valuations.

Honestly avoid this company like the plague. I send an iPhone 14pro max in excellent condition, didn’t hear from them so sent the tracking proof and all the evidence that it was collected! They told me they didn’t receive the phone and offered me £100 for compensation I declined and sent them all the infor again and not heard back from them they ignore all my emails and have not received a phone back so I’m now down £365

They have been very helpful with everything, like answering all questions quickly and explaining everything in a way I can understand.
They are always there whenever I have a question and respond very quickly.

Honestly if I could rate this place no stars I would. I send my phone away being told that I would receive £500 after filling out all of the forms correctly with my phone being in pristine condition no scratches cracks or technical issues. When they received my phone they told me they would give me £50. Literally laughable. I instantly emailed back that I would like my phone to be returned and refused the £50. They then took over a month! To send this back to me after constant emails and instagram dm’s chasing up when they was going to send it back. After I finally received my phone back having all my emails ignored they send it back with no bubble wrap to protect it and has smashed my screen in two corners. This place needs shutting down. They are honestly awful and laughable.

It was so easy and straight forward

Unfortunately this is the second time I’ve been let down by Go Green Gadgets. I sold my iPhone 15 pro max to them, the phone was in excellent condition had always been in a case and screen protecter, had original apple screen. The battery life was 85%. I was offered £500, however once they received the phone they decided to offer me £110 stating that the phone was faulty due to scratches on the screen and back. I declined the offer and asked them to return the phone. They then offered me £290. After accepting this offer on the 11th September, I did not receive the money until the 21st September. The ‘we pay the day we receive the phone’ is a lie. I will not recommend them to anyone nor use them again.

Good service if you want decent money for old broken phones

The estimated pricing of mobiles was more realistic than others. No inflated pricing to get customers in.
The process was very simple from start to finish and quick pay out.
That said the pricing is a little on the low side but you have to weigh this up with the hassle you get from other companies who have inflated prices to get your phone.

Very easy all round! Got the quote, sent off my device and got the payment very quickly (much quicker than another company I previously used). The actual payment was lower than the original quote but they clearly explained why and I was satisfied with this. Thank you GoGreenGadgets!

Everything was wasy

It was so easy, just send your phone and they send you a price. Just accept the price then with in a week you get the money. The customer service is great to.

A very easy process. Quote given straight away. Notified as soon as my phone was received and then again once it had been tested. My price was reduced but to be honest I did expect that as my device was a much older model. As soon as I accepted the offer the money was in my account within 3 working days.
