GogglesNMore Arvostelua

Very clear instructions!
I loved the form that walked me through my order to be customized perfectly to my needs. The descriptions and suggestions for frames were perfect, the eye width measurement tool was perfect, the product arrived well packaged without issue. The addons and price breakdowns being transparent was very appreciated. Honestly an excellent ordering process.

fast delivery - great products

The answering of phone calls is very poor.

The overall experience was great! I appreciated it when they reached out to advise that a bigger goggle size may be needed for my child since his PD was so high and upgraded the size at no extra cost.

Our 8 year old is very happy with these goggles, total game changer for him to be able to see well while swimming! They took a while to arrive (12 days) and since I wasn't familiar with the company, I was a bit skeptical but they were worth the wait. Kind of wish that I'd bought 2 pair to have one as a back up. They fit well.

I have ordered a prescription mask. The mask that was sent per the protocol did not have the prescription mask installed. I understand this and I’m not complaining in that regard. My complaint is the camera attachment did not have the nut to attach the camera. I would greatly appreciate that a nut could be forwarded when my prescription mask is sent to me. Thank you very much for your consideration. Regards, David Varner.

product was consistent with website description.

I made a mistake in ordering. GogglesNMore was very quick with my refund hassle free. Will order with them again when I need something.

I liked that the lenses fit the goggles and provided the correction I needed for short sightesness. The problem I have is that in a ski accident they were quite unforgiving. Ended up with a black eye 6 stitches, brain heamorrhage and being unconscious because of the right eye lens force from a face plant (caused by a malfunction in binding at 50mph). Without the lens the worst case would have been a dislocated shoulder

Easy Process. Fast responses with questions.

Good selection of goggles; however, the website interface is fairly dated and I received no tracking information for my order, so there’s no way for me to know when it will arrive.

Fast, accurate service. GogglesNMore is located in the USA. No need to wait for my inserts to be made in China, etc. Also, they reached out by telephone out to make sure the inserts would fit in the ski googles I specified (by maker) in the online order form. My second pair of their inserts.

Fit in goggles. Arrived in a timely manner and better than wearing glasses in your goggles

I had my inserts on for the 1st time, and within 5 minutes I was convinced these are simply the best. Easy to install, accurate prescription, no foggy lenses. Game changing. Thank you so much.

This is my second pair and this one I chose to do the bifocal lenses. I also had changed goggles so I needed a different size. Everything went great. The order came in as expected and look forward to using them. Highly recommend this company.

Race or Fun, vision matters and these guys are right on the money!

Although everything was completed online, it was a smooth and efficient process. It arrived within the predicted time stated on the website, though the tracking method did not show any progress, the parcel turned up safely. :) I'm glad that my son can now see clearly in the waters.

Do not recommend this company. They only refund half your money if the glasses do not fit properly. Will never use them again. also glasses ship from Hong Kong.

My experience with Elizabeth, the customer service agent, was outstanding. She was patient, thorough, helpful, repeated information I gave her to be sure she had it right, was understanding about things we were confused about. The company was prompt in sending a verification of receipt of our order.

Great product. The goggles we ordered fit and felt great under our kids hockey helmet.

Great customer service. They were responsive and willing to help us fix our mistake of not entering a PD for the prescription lense.
