Econic Energy Arvostelua

Great experience with Econic. The team were professional and always on hand to help with any issues. Having Christoph guide us through the entire process was a dream. Highly recommend x

The team is very knowledgeable and specified a great heat pump system that is working well for our moderately insulated Victorian house. The installation went smoothly. The communication and organisation was good throughout. They were flexible and fitted round our renovations, which larger companies such as Octopus could not do. We spoke to 10 heat pump installers and did a lot of research ourselves before deciding to go with Econic. We are still confident they were the right choice.

After approaching other providers Econic Energy were easy to contact, responsive and knowledgeable . We have had an ASHP installed in our draughty Victorian semi in less than a week as the final step of eliminating gas from the house..
Christoph , Pradeep and Andrew supported us through this process.
The installation team led by Chetan were fantastic- punctual, hard working, polite and knowledgeable. They noted any concerns or preferences that we had and were quick to respond.
We are very happy so far, we will be able to fully assess the system at the end of winter but it looks promising.

Great service, Christoph and his team are very knowledgeable and experts in their field of work. I would highly recommend Econic.

Fantastic service start to finish - Christoph and Pradeep have been a complete pleasure to deal with and we're delighted with the work done.

I had always wanted to replace my old, inefficient & failing gas boiler with a heat pump. Of the companies I contacted Econic Energy came over as the most knowledgeable and authoritative. They proved no less and installed a heat pump system with a heat battery. They were professional, efficient and carried out the work quickly. They were always helpful and responsive to my questions. They have provided excellent advice throughout the process and continue to offer follow up support. I have been impressed by their expertise and know-how. Thank you to Christoph, Pradeep and Andrew.

Exceptionally reliable firm, especially when one hears loads of cowboys in the trade, happy to recommend this form as from start to finish remained professional. Pradeep is an asset to the firm. Christoph, the hesd of the firm himself, from the first call to the many enquiries I had during the project, remained enthusiastic and very helpful. Thanks to the Econic firm, our loft heating panels saw heating for the first time unlike gas bioler which was struggling to warm up but in a very high heating setup in old days.

We had 8 radiators removed and new ones fitted. The staff were super-competent and hard working. They went under the floor to adjust the position of the rising tubes - which is really tedious and fiddly - but looks better in the end.

We had a problem with one radiator which didn't heat at all, but they came back and fixed it gratis - even though it wasn't their fault!

A great team of experienced professionals, they have been efficient and communicated clearly during the entire process. Our builder has been so impressed he's now looking to get his own heat pump installed by Econic too! We look forward to moving back in and testing the heat pump through this winter. Thank you to Christoph, Pradeep, Andrew and the fab installers.

Christoph, Pradeep, and the rest of the team did a perfect job; handling the whole process and with super clear communication throughout. They were happy and able to install with all constraints in mind!

Econic guided me patiently through the whole process from me thinking 'maybe I should get an air source heat pump' through to commissioning the system, with a Vaillant heap pump and a sunamp thermal battery for hot water instead of a 'normal' hot water cylinder. They were happy to discuss things in great detail and answered all my questions very patiently, tailoring the system to my quirky Victorian terraced house.
The installation was completed on time, very neatly and accomodating my requirements for the location of the various components. They also worked seamlessly with my builder who did the underfloor heating and changed all the radiators. Econic did all the documentation to successfully apply for the government BUS grant.
I now have a system that I am confident will give me a warm house and hot water, and I'm also confident that Econic will be available to help with any ongoing queries I may have.

The Econic team just upgraded our 30 year old vented plumbing and heating system to an unvented heat pump based system. The members of the team were competent, conscientious, friendly and professional throughout and the installation was completed according to plan. I recommend them highly.

i would recommend this team to all i have done 2 projects with them now and they have perferomed very well on both

Econic were an excellent company to work with. They were really quick to respond with any queries and installed our heat pump, solar PV and battery system really quickly. The information they provided was clear, the solution they found for our property appropriate and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Everyone I dealt with at the company was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Econic installed our air source heat pump recently. They are a friendly team who are a pleasure to be around. They are a big team, which allows them to complete the job swiftly, minimising disruption.
They worked very hard to stick to the schedule of works.
The engineers were experienced and proficient. They handled the Bus grant application.

The installation wend smoothly and even after the completion, the Econic team continue to respond and support.

Efficient, very helpful with access to grants from local and national government, excellent workmanship for installing pipework and the air heat-pump itself, and very tidy final set-up.
Hot water heated perfectly - nopt yet needed central heating!

Christoph and the team did a great job planning and fitting my heat pump. Every step of the process was explained clearly and any questions answered in full and at length.

The installation team were very professional, making sure I was aware of what was happening every day, keeping the house clean as they went and I felt did a really neat job.

Three months in and the system is working fine and am seeing consistent savings on hot water.
