Terrible customer service/Refunds
I ordered the BOGO promotion for the Bible prayer journal it took forever to get and after receiving them I had changed my mind on purchases and my daughter has a jounal it was going to be a gift. So I contacted customer service to let them know that they were not needed anymore and still on original wrappers. But they said that they do not do refunds!!!! These journals even on BOGO were very expensive!!!! Had I known especially after the price I would have never bought. So my opinion do not order from these people they gave absolutely terrible customer service!!!!

I love my bible cover but shipping is a long process!
I love my bible cover and tote bag is ok! However, I didn’t like that it took 31 days including weekends to be delivered. I was very anxious and thought this company was a scam so I immediately wanted to dispute the charge. I decided to remain patient because their policy said 15-20 days. I don’t like the excessive emails. Everyday they were sending me a new notification and most time it had nothing to do with my order. The tote bag straps are thin and cheap, I won’t be surprised if they break after while. But I LOVE MY BIBLE COVER great leather material and the strap look sturdy enough.

I ordered a leather journal, a leather Bible cover, with my name on both, and cloth lining for the Bible cover and a leather bookmark. I received fake leather for all, consistent with vinyl, thin plastic lining on the cover, and my name not on the Bible cover. My biggest hang up was 110.00 for a leather cover without my name and without leather and 65.00 for fake leather journal. The message I got made no offer to return the items or be given a partial refund or anything helpful at all. I was told to check with a “leather store”. I am smart enough to know the difference between leather and vinyl, especially after owning MANY leather items, including leather books. Also, there was no mention of the other incorrect things at all, either. I am so disappointed, especially after having been so excited to get this order too and having to wait so long for delivery. It came from China apparently, so the delay was long (ordered Nov 9 and received Dec 3). This was supposed to be a special order. It’s cheap materials that they are way overcharging for!! BEWARE

Amazing customer service
I would like to update this and say that customer service helped us so much. They were very responsive in helping us fix our problem. We are able to track the order now and I am confident that the bible cover is going to be amazing. I really appreciate the effort that the team at Godly Bible went through to help both me and my mom. It turned out that my mom didn’t realize that an old email address was still linked to her Apple Pay and that was why she did not receive her confirmation email because of that.

Horrible Business
Hi! I ordered a Bible cover almost a month ago with a tote bag. I only customized the Bible cover and nothing else. I was SHOCKED to see that it was IN FACT coming from Hong Kong and not inside the US like advertised. If I would have known this, I would have not ordered. I spent over $100+ with you and still haven't received my order or really any good support except what seems to be an automated or copy/pasted email with the same thing. You are also constantly sending marketing messages for me to purchase more and more and more from y'all when y'all can't even get my order to me now. I have contacted y'all numerous times about my order and feel honestly, scammed. If I would have known this was going to be mass produced somewhere in Hong Kong so you can cut costs, I would not have ordered from you. This is despicable to claim that y'all are a good wholesome Christian company and blatantly do not let people know where the product is actually coming from and making it seem like "Old Grandpa Whatever His Name Is" is "slaving away" to get all the orders "pushed to the front" and then NOTHING. Honestly, horrible business practice. I want a full refund and I can gladly send you the product back if it even gets here at this point.
Included a copy/paste DIRECTLY from the second email I received THE DAY AFTER making my order.
"Hey Tom, did you see that order, the #GODLYBIBLE-26197, that came in yesterday?"
"Yeah, I did. Seems like a big deal, huh?" Tom replied, his eyes focused on the piece of leather in his hands.
"Absolutely, Tom. This order's from a real special customer - someone whose support I truly value. It's their first time shopping with us and I'd really like to wow them. Think you could do something wonderful with it?"
Why would you say that you are talking to "Tom" getting my "order" expressed when this was actually produced in Hong Kong?
Also included is the response I received from "Jennifer" after I inquired about the tracking number being located in Hong Kong.

I have not received the package that you claim was delivered. This has been an ordeal dealing with this company. The wait time has been horrendous. I do hope to receive the package because it’s a gift for my daughter.I tried looking up a phone number to contact personally and found the number to be no good. Only a partial phone number listed. Tricky tricky.. P.S. I am adding to my review. I finally received part of my order and I ordered a Top grain leather cover and paid extra for it and received a cheap leather look cover. Very disappointed with the Quality, and Customer Service. Never again will I use this company. They bombard your inbox with long winded boguss emails trying to get you to order more inferior product while you are waiting to receive your actual merchandise. If I could give a minus 5 star that would be the rating I would give them. Unchristian and Ungodly is more like it. Totally disgusted.
