I purchased as a washed up climber with a much busier life as a way to supplement my climbing. I am happy to report that this has helped my reentry back into the gym in a major way! I had been struggling with my grip strength since I cant climb as often and this helped me maintain and build between sessions. I will also say the customer is top notch! The team is really responsive and understanding. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to build and maintain grip strength

Exactly as described, the 4 buttons are a very nice feature. It would maybe be cool to see a higher weight limit. Great product!

Love the quality of the products, and I find them convenient and effective at training forearm, finger, and grip strength. More than that, I loved their customer service. I didn't think the quality would actually be so good. It's a very solid build. I've been using if for rehab on some forearm issues ive been getting and its great how you can progress at so many different rates. The finger excersise things are a ripper too! Extra dexterity I didnt know rhat I needed haha

I recommend this grip device it’s excellent to work your grip and fingers with only one device . Instead of having multiple devices this is so convenient and does a great job increasing grip strength .

I’ve been using the GoCrimp trainer a lot lately for warming up before climbing and honestly it’s become one of those pieces of gear that just lives in my bag now.

What I love most is how adjustable it is. You can easily change the intensity depending on whether you’re warming up, rehabbing, or actually trying to build finger strength. I also really like that it’s not just a basic squeeze trainer. Being able to work fingers separately makes it way more climbing-specific and helps target weaker fingers individually instead of everything compensating together.

It’s super portable, easy to use anywhere, and gets blood flowing fast before a session. I’ve especially noticed my fingers feel more ready for small holds and sharp crimps instead of going from “cold hands” straight into pulling hard.

It is great when you don't have the time to be climbing frequently, to build and keep the strength in my hands.
Finding a solution to keep up physically and not having time to go more than once per week climbing was great.

Super zadeva. Števec je praktičen, ker lahko med vadbo razmišljaš o drugih stvareh. Edini pomislek je, da bi bila vzmet lahko še malo mehkejša. Zame je že osnovna nastavitev kar težka.
