The pear was friendly and energetic and on the day I was very happy with them and they worked hard. I did tell them I was happy with them and I would give a good review, But the next day I noticed that on the reassembly of my wardrobes they had put the backs on the wrong way around (the white hardboard was on the outside so the brown side was seen from inside)and the doors hinges were put to deep so the doors looked like they were intruding on the edges and poking out in the middles and my washing machine has a dent in the side that’s protruding out to the front , disappointing as it’s quite new! I would have liked to include photos.

Albeit respectful interpersonal interactions with the operatives, the actions due to possible inexperience in handling bespoke furniture item, caused substantial damage to personal property. In addition, missing item was reported since the move, and when the company was contacted they are yet to respond. This company operates on an hourly rate, it is therefore important to note that as a result, operatives work to ensure that hours are clocked. They refuse to take responsibility for damages, make demands for high fees. I am deeply disappointed to note that after an amicable agreement has been reached to settle payment for the move, the company is now refusing to respond to the enquiry about the missing property. They have the potential to achieve a very good status as a small company based on your interactions, however, additional training and compliances are required to take you to the next step.
