Timely, accurate updates. Absolutely no problems.

Delivery people were very professional. Assembly and haul away of packing materials went quickly and expertly. Text with approximate arrival time was appreciated, although the online tracking service wasn't up to date with the follow along option.

I appreciated the live tracking of my shipment and the care that the was given to handling my shipment.

Delivery service was extremely fast with great feedback along the way with tracking. Package was in excellent condition. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service.

This shipping company sucks ! The delivery person didn’t bring my package to my door , but marked it as delivered & took a picture of the building & package. The security told him they are not allowed to hold packages and he told the security he did NOT want to leave his car unattended. The note said to deliver to the DOOR. This company said that I need proof I didn’t get my package& also stated they can’t contact the delivery person . Which is a lie . The delivery person didn’t even ring my bell, or call me. I work from home so they CANT use the excuse that no one was home. They don’t even have a phone number and when I asked for this to be escalated to a supervisor they said superiors don’t talk in chat . So why not have a phone number ? ZARA need to NEVER use this stealing company again !

I left specific instructions to leave the package at the side door, and they left it where I requested. Most delivery services don't follow instructions and just leave the packages at the front door because it's easier. The delivery was on time, the package well kept and communication clear and reliable

The driver, Sidak, was extremely helpful. Very easy to communicate with, Sidak was able to organize the request while I was away.

Le livreur a pris le temps de m’appeler sur mon cellulaire pour savoir quoi faire avec les articles étant donné que je n’étais pas à la maison. Il a été très cordial et m’a envoyé une photo des paquets à ma demande. J’ai apprécié être mise au courant de la mise à jour lorsque j’étais la prochaine cliente sur sa route.
