delivery was smooth and easy.

J’ai reçu la livraison de mes armoires de cuisine hier vers 13 h 30 et l’horaire prévu a été respecté.

La livraison comprenait 310 boîtes. Les livreurs n’avaient qu’à déposer les boîtes dans le garage; il n’y avait aucune marche, aucun corridor ni aucun obstacle à franchir, et le camion était stationné directement à côté de la porte de garage. Deux livreurs étaient présents. L’un des deux était très gentil et professionnel.

Cependant, l’autre livreur a eu une attitude arrogante et irrespectueuse. Lorsque j’ai demandé si je pouvais compter les boîtes pendant le déchargement, il a refusé en mentionnant que je pourrais le faire après son départ. J’ai insisté poliment et il est alors devenu impoli.

Par la suite, lorsque je lui indiquais l’endroit où je souhaitais que les boîtes soient déposées, il ne tenait aucunement compte de mes directives. Il est décevant de constater qu’en tant que cliente, mes demandes n’ont pas été respectées.

De plus, l’hygiène personnelle de ce livreur laissait à désirer, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus désagréable.

I selected a delivery window between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m., and I really appreciated being notified two days in advance of a more specific time slot, and then receiving updates throughout the day as the delivery team made their way to me. They also called me 20 minutes before they arrived and sent me a text message when they were on site.

Overall, the communication was excellent. It was really helpful for planning my day. And the team was very friendly and professional.

Jaskaran Singh did an amazing job! He helped us keep all the boxes and updated the status before coming. He is a very genuine person and I can't thank him enough. Such a nice person—very happy with the service!

It was great in as much as the order arrived as promised. However, a twelve hour delivery window is too big. Please try to work towards a 4 or 5 hour wondow.

The package was delivered to the wrong door of my building where there is no board to ring my doorbell so I wasn’t informed and the package could have been stolen by anyone. The picture sent doesn’t even show the proper package that is a big box
