Lazy delivery
This was delivered to the lobby of my apartment building. I was anticipating it to be delivered to my suite. The driver neither phoned or buzzed up to tell me it was here. It could easily have been stolen.

Delivery, setup and cleanup was awesome. Fast and efficient. Hector and his colleague were great communicators and went above and beyond to get my couch in the perfect spot. I am grateful and recommend these guys to anyone in the future!
